By London standards this hotel is cheap (£112 for 2 in a twin room) and so as you would expect it isn't the poshest pace you wil ever stay....BUT I can't fault it for value for money. The location is 5 minutes from Earls Court tube Nd the exhibition centre. The hotel is clean and provides bed and breakfast. No tea and coffe in the room, but then who uses that anyway?
It is a very quiet location, with a lift to all floors.
Breakfast was fine with achoice of cooked or cereals etc. not massive portions but again, enough to set you up.
If I needed to be in this area, and bearing in mind it is close to the tube so who can get into central London with ease, I would stay again

Sure, they have a good location (5 minutes from metro). Fiiine, they come with a decent price. But the breakfast is dull, tasteless and greasy. The elevator is ancient, slow and makes strange sounds. The furniture is quite old too. And would it hurt them to do the wake up service as promised? Really? IT would? THEN it's understandeable.

Room Tip: The lower your floor is, the less you'll have to drag your suitcases.

A quiet hotel on a quiet street just minutes away from the show I was working at at Earl's Court. For 59£ a night, I had a room with two single beds, my own bathroom with a bathtub, and breakfast. There was a nice feeling among guests. Everyone talked together at breakfast and in the lounge (the only internet access). There's a Tesco a 3-minute walk away from the hotel and there are lots of places to eat in Earl's Court road.

Where to start?

The room had been freshly painted, but there were candy wrappers under the beds.

It was hard to get a good night's sleep - the beds were old and random springs kept poking me in.

The bathroom had been fitted with new fixtures, looked and smelled clean, but someone else's hair was in the sink drain when I arrived.

Breakfast was a friendly meal, the staff was great, but 2 eggs and 1 sausuage and bacon every day gets old quickly.

You get what you pay for. I would perhaps stay here again, but I'm coming with antiseptic wipes.

After reading the previous reviews I was a little worried about staying here. My colleague had booked the room without looking.

I must say that for the money we paid it was more than adequate.

Yes the rooms are dated and bedding in need of renewing but what do you expect when paying around £100 per night including breakfast in london?

We had room 12, this is a twin room with on suite. Good shower and small tv. Plenty of room.

We had parking at the hotel, £10 per day this is a bargain.

Basically if you want a cheap place to get a shower and get your head down then it is great.

Booked here with my family through company based in Cambridge using trading name of Discounted London Hotels (do not trust this company told me lie after lie when booking and have denied it all since!!!)

However, the hotel is the worst I have ever stayed at, it is dirty, completely out of date, the facilities are shockingly poor, the food is terrible and the staff clueless.

I wouldn't have the cheek to charge people to stay here.pa

Stayed one night in September 2009.. Cheapest place I could find in/near Kensington at short notice. Adequate, but in need of some cleaning and a coat of paint or two. Good breakfast in morning.
