The hotel was clean and friendly. The central location meant getting around the city was easy. The staff were fantastic. Ian and Calvin in particular went out of their way to help. Thank you to both of them.

Before arriving we have asked ourselves if something will be wrong, knowing "old fashion" English hotels: small rooms, old furniture, two pipes for hot/cold water at lavatory, all for high price. Premier Inn has nothing of those, but opposite: room big enough to accomodate 4, new furniture, clean and functional bathroom, good price. Two adds: the friendly staff, who tried to solve any situation, and excellent location. From Leicester Square you're by walk distance to Trafalgar Sq, Covent Garden, The Mall, Picadilly Circus. I totally reccomend this hotel, especially for families with children (we are 4, and is difficult to be accepted in one room in many hotels). They offerred breakfast free for children < 15, it really worths, for full English buffet. The area has plenty of restaurants, to have different dinner options, after an exhausting walking day. I advise to plan in advance your visit, and to purchase London Pass, which could be picked up at about 2 min from the hotel ! Direct subway connection from Heathrow.

A five-star hotel it ain't so it's easy to find faults. For a clean, hotel with basic facilities (24-hour bar, excellent breakfast), in a central location for a very reasonable price you will find it hard to beat the Premier.
We were warned before arrival that the higher rooms were quieter so we managed to get on the 6th & 7th floors. The rooms were a little small but were clean and had air-conditioning. In the rooms there is a freeview television, hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities (but no biscuits so take your own).
The bed was comfortable and we got two good night's sleep.
Breakfast was an all-you can- eat buffet and apart from the tomatoes being cold on one morning there was nothing to complain about. The option of black pudding would have been nice.
The best surprise was the attitude of the staff. Every single one was cheerful and attentive which helped make our stay pleasurable.

Room Tip: Request a room on the upper floors unless you stay out after midnight.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is centrally located. The price is good for the location. Very quiet and secure hotel. Had really good sleep every night. It would be nice to get more free wifi instead of just 30 minutes, but we worked within that. The only problem we had, with the room temperature climbing to 28 degrees C one day, was due to the heater coming on automatically due to it being September. Since London was in a heat wave, we wanted air conditioner, not heat. We called reception, and it was immediately taken care of. Very happy with our stay, we would stay here again for sure.

We stayed in two rooms. Myself Husband and four children. This hotel is in a great location. Close to subway and all London as to offer. The breakfast is good quality and worth the price. Our rooms were clean and room service was excellent. A very quick and efficient check in / check out. What made our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff they were amazing. Would recommend this hotel and next time we are in London we will be going back.

My husband booked a night here when we visited Ronnie Scott's Jazz club for our anniversary. We always say that with Premier Inn you know what you are going to get. It was a great location for the underground, China Town and the club. The room was quiet, no disturbance from outside at all. The staff were young, friendly, cheerful, considerate and nothing was too much trouble. They gave us a gift of a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate and when the fire alarm went off in the night they were very apologetic and there were no problems in calling on their Good Night Guarantee! Well done Premier Inn!
