Never stayed at a Premier Inn before, so wasn't sure what to expect. I can honestly say I have no negatives at all about this hotel, it was superb. Stayed for one night for daughter's 18th birthday, as she and her sister wanted to go clubbing in London for the first time. The location is fantastic. Everywhere we wanted to visit was within walking distance, including the tube station. After dropping our luggage at the hotel, the girls, armed with Oyster cards, did Harvey Nicks, Harrods, then Oxford Street. Mum & Dad walked to Covent Garden for lunch and a wander around. Every member of staff we met was really friendly and helpful, another special mention for the lovely Gloria, who suggested some cocktail bars and clubs for the girls to visit. Check in very easy. Our rooms were lovely, good sized comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities, flat screen telly with Freeview, plenty of hanging space, excellent bathroom with huge shower, plenty of fluffy towels, all spotlessly clean. Very secure, room key is required to get into the hotel, including the lift. We didn't sample the breakfast, but thought it very good value at £8.95. Last but not least, our rooms were on the 4th floor, and we didn't hear a thing during the night. Excellent soundproofing! Would definitely recommend and we will definitely return to this hotel. Well done Premier Inn!
