We spent three nights at the Temple Court. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was exceedingly nice and helpful. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Tube. We walked to St. Paul's Cathedral (about 10 minutes) and Covent Garden(about 15 minutes). There aren't a ton of restaurants within a 10 minute walk, but we were always able to find something open. It was pouring rain one night so we ate in the hotel dining room. That was a mistake. Dinner was the only less than great part of our Temple Court experience.

Second stay in 6 months here. Rooms are nice, food is good and service is with a smile.

Not sure if they have cut down on staff but there some minor slippages by the cleaning staff. Had a few instances of toiletries not being replenished or lack of laundry bags, or trash not being taken away. No big deals given the points made above but would be a shame if this is a sign of service standards starting to slip.

Following a very long day of sight seeing it was very nice to come back and relax in the beautiful soaker tub. Their service included the simple things in life i.e. newspaper delivery to your room every morning upon request, opening doors when you enter and leave the hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The Apex Temple hotel is the real deal in terms of spaciousness of room - king size bed, sitting area for reading and a beautifully large bathroom. The dining room provides excellent meals with fast service. I have no hesitation providing a five out of five rating for this hotel. I will definitely recommend the Apex Temple Court to friends and family. Looking forward to my next visit!

This hotel was not what me and my wife initially looked to book into when we planned a night away to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary.

How glad we were that our original choice was full as this is the best hotel we have stayed in and in a ideal central position but when you closed the balcony door you could have been anywhere it was so quiet. The overall service from the moment we entered the building till we left was 1st class.
All the facilities of the room were to a very very high standard and the most comfortable bed I have slept in for years. This hotel makes other 5 star hotels look like a B&B

This was a quick trip through london so two nights. I have to admit i wasn't expecting much - id never stayed at apex before and im not familiar with london. anyway it was a pleasant surprise in most respects.
firstly the location is very good, a short walk or cab to anywhere so box ticked. second the standard of cleanliness, of rooms and facilities was also very good.
THIRD, was the size of the rooms and the bathrooms -these where both excellent.
forth was specification- the bathrooms and bedrooms in particular are very well kitted out with modern good standard. this was a very comfortable modern, contemporary and clean place.
now the down sides...the staff. the concierge recommended a place for dinner -it was closed and had been for weeks and will be for months. so i called the guy and he recommend another place, when we get there hes not made a reservation. now a walk around london is fine, but after a 12 hour flight its not cool and the mrs in her heels was not impressed. anyway we managed to get a table at jamie olives (see my next review).
the breakfast staff are a bit terse/rushed..mainly terse, but the reception and bar staff are fine helpful and friendly. Now the redeemer...I needed a document managing to far east at very short notice, the concierge (johnathon not the other one) organised this impeccably. All in all a very good experience and a very good hotel.
I would recommend a bit of training on the breakfast staff (i.e.. smile, say something, dont rush etc...) but with that the place is a yes and would certainly go back. the value for money is there also, this is a good room for a fair price.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Being our first trip to London we were a bit wary about picking the right hotel. We worried about accidentally picking a loud, small or dirty hotel, but the Apex Temple Court hotel was FANTASTIC!!! Honestly it was one of the best parts of the whole trip for us. We are both people that love cities but we love having a nice, quiet place to come back to. This hotel was that place. It is set inside a quiet courtyard in a wonderful part of town. It's centrally located yet not in the tourist (loud, dirty) area. The hotel itself was just breathtaking; beautifully designed, spotless and full of friendly people. We were honestly sad to leave! We will definitely be staying there for our future trips to London!
