Room was small but clean, the beds were comfy and the bathroom was good. We stayed during a heat wave and there was no air con or fan, though the window did open. Really convenient for Paddington. Possibly the worst hotel breakfast I've had though: 3 small slice of toast between the two of us (with a jam we didn't get to choose), one cup of instant coffee and the option of boiled eggs, ham, cheese and 2 bland cereals. I can't eat dairy so it was a pretty tiny breakfast for me! Breakfast room was very small and people were having to queue for a table. Fine for the price but go out for breakfast.

Three night stay in May. We have stayed in this same street, just different hotels before, and prefer it because of the proximity to Paddington. Breakfast was underwhelming, cramped and probably should be avoided, there are better options in local cafes.
The room was nice, the beds the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel, everything was clean and maintained. Good soundproofing (or just very silent guests?), quick elevator and friendly reception staff.
I'd definitely come back!
Booked via British Airways.

Room tip: Stayed on the top floor, with good escalator. Nice and quiet up there.

We only stayed one night here as we were seeing a show .
The location was good , short walk to tube stations . It was very clean and bed was comfortable and crisp white cotton sheets.
The bathroom was small however looked new.
We were disappointed with the following.....
- no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room
- no toiletries in the bathroom ( other than hand soap)
- no hot breakfast, other than toast.
Reading other reviews, it would seem that other people have expressed similar disappointments, but I suppose for the price paid it could have been a lot worse.

The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The whole hotel seemed to have had a recent makeover. We had a room for three and there was ample space. We booked this along with flights through British Airways and were delighted with the good value for money. The tube stations (Paddington or Edgware Road) are 5 - 10 mns walk.
Breakfasts were buffet style and at the weekend when the hotel is very busy you may need to wait for a table.

While the room was clean and reasonably modern, we were down in the basement near the "kitchen" and could hear everything outside. So damned noisy. Bed was so uncomfortable and we're not in the 1940's anymore, a blanket with a sheet just doesn't cut it. It just makes me wonder when the last time they washed the blankets was.
Breakfast was just toast and cornflakes. Choice of ham or cheese to go with it. served by staff wearing tracksuits. Good luck if you're vegan. Just poor all round really. There is parking however, which is no extra cost so that's a redeeming feature. No kettle in the room and an all out ban on taking tea to your room(!). Unhelpful staff albeit not rude or anything, just totally indifferent. Unfortunately booked for me for work and after 3 nights I was simply exhausted.

Room tip: Go somewhere else.
