Friendly and helpful staff, particularly the concierge. Good location. Elegant appearance. Comfortable and modern room.
My only complaint was that management did not allow me to shorten my stay from three nights to two, and so I was billed for a night I could not use.

Room Tip: Better to book for two nights and stay for three than book for three and stay for two.

Im a bit disappointed with this hotel ! They seem to be more preoccupied with taking your money than providing a service . Also the location is not great especially at night time as everything shuts around it as the restaurants and shops mainly cater for the office people during the day . If its nightlife you want stick to hotels in the west end or around Kings Cross . After 10pm you could fire a shot outside the hotel and not hit anything , not that you would want to as the hotel is opposite New Scotland Yard !
I felt a bit ripped off with breakfast which I paid extra for only to find out that this is not a full English breakfast , if you want that it will be an extra charge ! Also internet charges were very expensive . I wont be staying again and I spend a bit of time in London every year !

Well located close to St. James Park, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and more. Steps from the Underground which makes all of the attractions, shopping and dining accessible.

Well appointed, good dining, friendly and efficient service. Exactly what we were looking for in a London Hotel.

From the moment you walk through the courtyard and into the majestic reception lobby you feel as though you have been transported back in time to Victorian splendour and elegance, albeit with a modern luxury and quality feel. This Hotel is fantastic and I will return!!!

We have just returned home after a great break in London. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and couldn't fault a thing.

On check in we were upgraded to a superior room as we were celebrating our honeymoon. To make our weekend even more special we found waiting for us in our room complimentary chocolates and a bottle of prosecco.

The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The staff could not do enough for us.

Breakfast at the weekend is served from 7.30am till midday so no rushing for us. The buffe and hot breakfasts were excellent!

As the hotel is only 1 minutes walk away from st James park underground we found the location perfect and just a couple of stops away from where we wanted to go.

Would go back to st Ermin's tomorrow if I could.

Room Tip: We had a view of the court yard which was lovely.

We arrived very early after 36 hours of travel. The staff accommodated us straight away which I was very grateful for. The entrance of the St Ermin's is lovely and they have really thought about the comfort of their customers providing a terrace area and ample seating inside.
Our room was a big disappointing. It was classed as a superior room but it was small, dark and the view was of a very shabby office block. I asked to move and was given a much better room facing the courtyard.
The staff at the St Ermin's were excellent. Christophe dealt with my room change very professionally and Gary the concierge was always at hand to help with directions or book attractions.
The Hotel itself is a short walk to Buckingham palace and we found "The Original Bus Tours" wonderful for getting about the City. These buses took you to all the sights and we never had to wait more than 10 minutes before a bus arrived to take us to the next destination. These buses had a person with a microphone giving you a history which was brilliant and most often also funny and entertaining. You will probably need two days to see it all and two day tickets are more economical.
Room service was also excellent. As overseas travelers we would wake up hungry at unsociable hours and had some great pizza's in the wee hours of the morning.
Tea facilities was also very welcome in the room.
I would expect a Hotel like this to have free WiFi but alas it did not which was a bit of a bother.
The staff were without exception wonderful and made our stay a memorable one

Room Tip: Talk to the front desk to secure a court side room. Have it put in the confirmation

Great location, lovely hotel, superb staff who were very helpful and pleasant! We have stayed at many Hotels in London and this by far is the best one. I would definitely go back there. Absolutely loved it!!

Room Tip: All rooms are good, clean and recently renovated.
