So the room was booked for easy access for one night and also so that we could collect luggage after a concert to allow us to catch the last train home from Liverpool Street, to which the location proved perfect.
Hotel rooms differ all over the world, but I have never stayed in one quite so small and quite so claustrophobic. It indeed was sold to us for its location and budget. It was also stated room had no window but not that it was the size of a cupboard.! Ultra modern eco lights with sensors ! but no room to swing a cat is an understatement. One very small pillow each on a very small double bed is all you’re given. Nowhere to place cases either without tripping over them, and with a 6 ft husband this room was struggle. Certainly no room for a kettle,! Asked to be able to leave cases for the day after checkout was answered with “well its £3 a case ok,!” Quite abruptly.
Would we return to this hotel DEFINITELY NO,,
