Ok we lived there for five days but that was a good lesson to pay more next time and get something better We stayed on a top floor Room 211 I felt really sorry for people liviing there as you could hear every step on the floor anybody made on the whole level The stair case is so net narrow it was a pain to carry luggage There is no elevator
Very tought to walk those stairs everyday. Our room only had sink double bed, desk, chair, and mini tv No place to put your clothes or hang it Sorry there were 4 hooks on the wall. Bed was comfortable but very small for two people Staff working there was very helpfully and they served good English breakfast every morning Location was very good but next time I rather stay at the best Western across the street. It cost me £60 to get there from the Heatrow airport Forgot to mention that the bathroom was shared
Overall if you are not using ear plugs don't even attempt to stay there as it is extremely loud place anybody with walking problems stay away and if this is the best price you can find and want to save some money - you will survive :)

Location: Great! Close to local transport, walking distance to some attractions and numerous places for food and many pubs.
Security: In a safe area and the front entrance is video fed to the office. However, the front door lock needs replacing so guests do not spend time jiggling and jostling their key to get it to open. Plus, a basement patio door is permanently unlocked.
Decor: Extremely dated, to where all public areas and most rooms need repainting and new carpeting.
Accessibility: Not a place for anyone with a physical limitation. Entry doors and internal doors are difficult to push or pull, there is no lift, all stairwells are very thin and winding, and both the reception and dining room are downstairs.
Cleanliness: Good.
Room: Very, very small and insufficient or non-existent closet/draw space. No bedside table, phone, alarm clock or coffee maker. Some rooms had digital TV but others have basic analog (antenna on top), and one metal (patio) seat is available. The bed or beds are extremely uncomfortable, to the point where sleep was a luxury and back pain was guaranteed. The en-suite bathroom is tiny and only soap and a bath-towel are supplied.
Staff: Very courteous and friendly.
Breakfast: Very limited and you're still hungry afterwards.
Additional info: Wifi is available but only in the dining room. There are additional charges for paying by debit/credit card, internet use, luggage storage, and a(cash) deposit required for your room/entry keys, which are not posted/known by guests. Basement/dining area and rooms in that area smell of fried food at all times.
Cost: Too much for what you get.
Recommend to others: No! Would say to spend another £20-40 an night at another location, where it's modern and a better breakfast.
Return: No! Second visit with no improvements and not expected in future.

Room Tip: Find another B & B

Nice, quiet neighbouclean place, shared bathroom is not a big deal if you chose so, room is clean, it is small, but you're in London go out!. Location is very good- Victoria is 10 minutes walk. It is very good for it's price. If you're staying longer than three days breakfast can become annoying (choosing between English breakfast and cereal five days in a row is exhausting). Very kind staff.

Stayed for 4 nights, room without bathroom.
Located very near to Victoria Train Station, a 5 minutes walk.
The location was a plus point for us as we need to depart early to airport on our last day.
Friendly staffs, especially Michelle, who served the breakfast and housekeeper, thanks to her warmth hospitality, we feel at home.

The minus points includes:
- heater in our room is not working properly
- room's carpet is kind of musty, though room and bathroom (shared) is very clean
- water flowing from the sink in the room is very slow.
- very noisy, you can practically hear footsteps, talking from the next door.
- no elevator

Overall, it is only recommended for those who have a really tight budget and wanted a good location.

Room Tip: not those near the bathroom or staircase

Staid in Enrico Hotel for one night after a dinner in town. Chose the hotel for its location and value for money.

For what I paid I wasnt expecting a 5 star hotel, and yes the rooms where a bit small and the breakfast limited, but it was more than made up for by the friendly staff, cleanless of the rooms and ensuite and the good basic facilities.

Would have liked a slightly thicker curtain as it let a lot of the streetlight into the room and afew of the tiles in the ensuite where cracked but over all it was a great value and will be looking to stay again!

As a good value B&B in central London it is ideally priced.

Room Tip: Stayed in room N3, small double with ensuite on sub basement level.
