I'm just been service couple of minuts ago in one of your store in liverpool street.
The service was really poor, while i was ordering the waiter star to laugth with his collegue and i totally ignore me.
But the worst thing was the flatwhite that i sent back, the guy dropped the most of the drinks in the soucer without apologise and after it been replaced it was totally tasteless and oversteamed.
Maybe i will never come back in one of your store.
Trust me you need a lot of improvement in term of service and guest approching.
Vincenzo was serving me. !

Lovely coffee and lovely cake. Two members of staff doing all the work, while the 3rd younger girl stood talking to her friend, giggling while looking over his shoulder at his mobile phone, which was clearly more important that helping he colleagues, clearing tables or serving costumers. When the gentleman (manager?) eventually asked her to help (I think he saw me glaring at her, since I was sitting beside her friends in the cramped chair waiting for my order) , she stropped behind the coffee machine, but still managed to chat to her friends as he made the drinks. This is the first time I have used this branch of the company and the last, unprofessional is being kind.

“great place for dessert”
Reviewed November 28, 2013

We stopped by one of the locations - Picadilly Circus location for after dinner dessert. It appears that there are not that many bakeries or coffee houses in London and this was a rare find. A good place to order either a cup of tea or coffee and sample some of their wonderful desserts as the Citron (lemon) pie or chocolate éclair. Good to get a seat nearby the window to see all the action at Picadilly Circus. You may sit there and enjoy your drink and dessert as long as you prefer. They do not rush you out. Nice for a dessert stop in London.

“Quick Break in Marylebone”
Reviewed October 9, 2013

I met ten of my friends to try their Celebration Cake-yummy- chocolate one with strawberries. It's a pity we couldn't stay more than 45 minutes.
