With high expectations and an inner need to feel relaxed and peaceful, we arrived at the hotel and immediately a crisp air of design and attention to detail blew us away. Since it was our anniversary, we were upgraded to a King Premium (from a King Deluxe), quite a welcome touch. Complimentary continental breakfast was included in the package, but more about breakfast in a while.

One point i wanna stress out is the fact that service is like any other. Everyone was extra polite, going the extra mile so as to satisfy any requests, most of the times before they were even expressed. So, many thumbs up for the best service we have experienced.

The hotel in question is completely renovated, something you cannot tell unless you focus on the exterior, which according to the hotel designer(s), was intentionally left unscathed.

Anyway, room impressions: well, although ours was the largest one, right before a penthouse/suite, i must admit it was not spacious. Space is of the essence when travelling, at least according to our criteria, but unfortunately the rooms lack in that area. However, although room design, room amenities and the whole quality of everything within the room was of the highest level, there was one single abnormality that overshadowed all the great qualities of the room. The bathroom was equipped with a sliding door, which didn't keep the bathroom isolated/soundproof from the rest area. That single detail bumped us quite a bit, but apart from that, i would give a thumbs up if room space is not one of your top priorities.

Now, about breakfast. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast buffet. That was a turn-off for us. However, it offered a wide enough range of options regarding toasts, eggs, cereals, juices, etc. which were cooked according to your preferences. Quality of the ingredients was excellent. A bit overpriced but what hotel breakfast aint?

So, in general a pleasant experience, best service, oops! i forgot to mention maybe its highest quality. Location. Location. Location. Less than five minutes walk from Sloane Str., and less than fifteen minutes from the center of Knightsbridge and Harrods, makes it ideally located for any leisure trip. Quite a dreamy area, peaceful but close to crowded locations, so you will never feel stranded.

So,again, in a nutshell for the tripadvisor visitors: brand new (well renovated, but you won't know the difference!), best service, best location, rooms not spacious enough, no buffet breakfast, and a bit overpriced (breakfast and rooms as well!). That's it. Choice is always yours!

We have stayed at this hotel in the past when it was a Sheraton and decided to try it again under the new brand as we really like the location. This hotel has gone through extensive renovations and is very nicely updated.  Before booking I emailed to confirm the Deluxe Double room could accommodate a family of 3 traveling together and was told it would be perfect for us it had two queen size beds.  Upon checking in we were disappointed to see it had two single beds, when I asked about this I was told I could upgrade to a suite for an additional £300 per night.  I declined.  The shower is a glass enclosure fully visible from everywhere in the room and offers no privacy making for an awkward situation when traveling with teenagers.  Although I will return to this hotel with my wife, I would not return with a family.  When I checked out and again mentioned the shower and bed size I was informed that theses rooms did start with queen size beds they found it was too tight and changed them to twins.

From the time my wife and I walked through the large wooden front doors we were in awe... a fireplace burning, the bellman was eager to welcome us and a warm and inviting check in that took a little too long but the girl behind the counter couldn't have been nicer.
The staff were attentive throughout our stay (especially at concierge desk). The rooms are very spacious and well appointed, especially the large bathroom with a great bathtub over looking the park. We had drinks at the bar which also took a while but well worth the wait.
Overall, great location with warm and friendly staff that made our weekend one to remember.
We will definitely go back!

I want to preface this by saying that we received an e-mail saying that this hotel was suitable for families. We arrived and they had trouble checking us in but the staff was very good and we were given free drinks. Once we got to our room however, we realized that it was not family friendly. The first thing that we noticed was that it was two single beds, even though the e-mail said that it would be two queens. Next was probably the worst thing about the room and that was the shower. It was a two sided glass door. This meant that anyone lying in the beds or sitting on the couch could see the person in the shower. We eventually figured out that if all the lights were off in the bathroom and hallway all people could see was an outline. That was still less than ideal for a family. We also noticed that we had a message on the phone. We however couldn’t hear because the phone did not work for the first day. We tried to avoid spending time in the hotel for the next couple days since we found the hotel unsatisfying. On the final night when we were trying get a good sleep for out six am train ride the emergency alarm went off. We all quickly got dressed and headed out into the hall and we were greeted by our fellow confused guests. We made our way to the stairs and halfway down we were turned back by other guests claiming it was a mistake.

The Belgraves Hotel was opened on February the First, this year. Previously the Sheraton Belgravia, the asset has gone through extensive renovations. It was worth the wait.
The Hotel is comfortable, nice rooms, very good service and a reasonable price.
We stayed there for 10 days and enjoyed it very much. The bed was superb.
Have since recommended to friends and they, too, enjoyed. In contrast to the previous Sheraton, present owners have managed to inject a young and lively spirit to the hotel. The bar and restaurant are packed until late hours.

My wife and I stayed over the weekend. The location is great, just around the corner from Harvey Nichols, Harrods, Zuma, Kings Road, Hyde Park...The interior design is classy, intimate and subtle. The staff was very professional, helpful and dynamic.
We loved our room, especially the bathroom with a great bathtub wrapped by the windows, giving a feeling of being suspended in the clouds...The energy in our room was very peaceful,
we had a beautiful view on a garden.
We shall be back, it's a great escape for a romantic weekend in London.

We stayed at the hotel a couple of weeks after it opened. The hotel looked great -- very stylish and British modern. We only had breakfast at the restaurant and it was tasty. We had drinks at the bar on the second floor, which was cozy and a nice way to start the evening. The rooms were fair-sized for London with good clothing storage. The bathroom had a glass wall adjoining the bed which is ok for bringing in light but not good for privacy. The bed, beddings and linen were all top notch. There were a few issues to work out (check-in system a bit slow, hot water problem one morning, construction noise), but all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, close to so many things. Would definitely stay there again.
