“Nice old pub, average food, good value”

The Tea Clipper has a somewhat limited menu, and a good selection of beers for lunch. The beef pot (Botanist Ale Pie) was tasty for a good price, but not quite as good as the beef pot at the London Street Brasserie. The location is definitely good after a day of shopping around the Seville Row district, and the prices are very reasonable. Overall good value, good food.

We were hanging out on a quiet Sunday in London. The ladies in the family wanted to visit Harrods. I found this pub and enjoyed myself in the Tea Clipper whilst avoiding the shoppers. I sent my family a sms to summon them over when they finished. We had a delightful time here. The food and beer were very tasty and the service very good. Nice enviroment!

This is a very nice English pub which I visit regularly. Unfortunately, this place is also irritatingly popular with very talanted pickpockets. So take care of your stuff if you go there.

Have been down to London on a few occations and found The Tea Clipper by chance near Harrods. Drinks and food are at a decent prices (not like the sky high prices on the main drags). Nice friendly staff. Well worth a visit. Just down the side street on opp. side of road from Harrods.

Initial reception from staff behind the bar wasn't too friendly, and never really improved. The food for the most part was delicious. Rump steak and Burger highly recommended, however the chicken on the Sunday roast was red raw in the middle. We informed a waiter who apologised but offered no compensation. Price wise it was quite reasonable for London, but overall it was far from the best dining experience. I work in a pub serving pub grub and really there's no comparison.
