Although the cast list read 'third rate' it certainly did not present that way. The current Valjean (from Argentina) was awesome in many ways ... unfortunately the air con did not seem to work and there were many overheated patrons.

The cast, the songs, the general atmosphere, altogether the show was fantastic to spend three hours if you have a free evening.

We love Les Mis, so were pre-disposed to enjoy the show. It was a bit surprising to see an Asian Fontine, but overall the show was fabulous!

My fiancée surprised me with tickets to see Les Miserables and wondered if it would be worth the trip. The intensity, staging, singing is simply the best I have ever known of a show. I can recommend visiting the show if you are trying theatre for the first time as it has an excellent story line and could go back again and again. Never gets boring, Unmissable!

The most earth shaking singing performances together with a dramatic set and a moving story line make this a must see show. We are now saving to return with our oldest child, who has wanted to visit since singing one of the songs with a local choir, we can't wait to go again.
