I don't understand the negative comments. This was my second stay at the Four Seasons Hotel and yet again I was extremely impressed. I was here for business and it is round the corner from both Baker Street tube station and Marylebone tube and rail station. Ideal location.

The hotel rooms whilst not huge, were still modern and well furnished, with all the common amenities provided. The bathrooms were also modern and clean.

Service was also good, whenever I needed something a quick call to reception was all it took. And they were happy to bend over backwards when I needed a late checkout.

Yes this is not a top 5 star hotel, but it does the job well and for a great price, happy days!

Stayed here a month ago, and was very impressed. As far as London hotels go it is difficult to find something good at a reasonable price but I was definitely happy I chose the Four Seasons hotel and would happily stay again next time I am in London. Was pleased with the service, from reception to room service, and generous sized room for the price and area. Location is fantastic, right next to Baker Street and Marylebone train stations and walking distance to Madame Tussauds!

The Reception is in the other side of the Street and it is usually raining. There are no lift to the 3 floor. The room is very small. There are no space to handle the baggage. People in the reception are no kind.

Nice greeting at reception.

Sufficient info in welcome booklet.

Nice location.

Only downfall is that the room was quite small and for some reason I didn't sleep well at all. Perhaps the pillows weren't comfy enough! As I chucked th on the floor during the night.

Customer service is just fantastic. Although the hotel has rooms either side of the road, nothing is too much trouble for the staff there. The breakfast tray is a novelty, but very convenient. Will definitely go back as so easy to get to the main attractions in London from there.
