Stayed here for the first time last week and was pleasantly surprised. Not heard of this chain before but as I had a discount from Hotels.com we thought we would try it. Lovely decor, pleasant staff, clean room, free wifi. Very convenient for St Paul's Cathedral, Millenium Bridge, Tate Modern, tube, tour buses, many restaurants and cafés, and only 5 minutes tube ride to Leicester Square attractions. Would highly recommend to friends and will definitely return.

Room Tip: We asked for a street view and got it without hesitation. Triple glazed to keep noise out, couldn't open external pane probably due to security.

I stayed here for two nights recently. It's a great home base if your plan is to be outside hotel the entire day. Location is great (walking distance to Tate Modern, St. Paul's etc.) and bed comfortable, free and fast wifi...check-in / out efficient...other than that not much else...the bathroom and shower doesn't have a real door so make sure you are very comfortable with the person you are sharing the facilities...all in all for the location would recommend..but all means not cheap or anything.

Wonderful location in the heart of London, just in front of St. Paul Cathedral. The hotel is modern and comfortable, close by the underground, walking distance from restaurants and pubs. I stay here every time I come to London as a tourist or for business meetings in the City. Rooms are very clean and have free WiFi. Iron facility, washing machine/dryer and a little Gym are available. My room had also a small kitchen, perfect for my long stay! The staff was very welcoming attentive and discrete. Many thanks to Sandra and the management that made my stay so special, I’m looking forward to a return trip!

I have stayed here countless times and always find it very comfortable, clean, efficient and very conveniently located. The rooms are tiny (but Club Quarters regulars know this) but everything is very functional and modern. Free wifi is a big plus. One of the few hotels in London where after a long flight from NY, chances are your room will usually be ready than have to wait until 3 pm.

Second time of staying here - cupboard like room, terrible lighting - especially in the bathroom - and no plug near to a mirror, so difficult to do your hair and makeup. I found the heating system to be inefficient - either too hot or too cold. Pillows are awful!!
Staff are unwelcoming and not particularly helpful, if you are unused to the automatic check in service, don't expect the staff to bend over backwards to help you! I ordered a newspaper but had to remind them every morning as it didn't arrive. This branch of Club quarters lacks the charm and individuality of other branches in London and its decor is tired.
It is well located for the city and there are good restaurants nearby and St Pauls Tube station is a very short walk away.
