The only thing that lets this place down is the very awful booking system whch routs you to American call centre and they quoted a price of £149 which matched what we thought we were paying for, but after the card payment went through we were told that it would take £178 to include the VAT. He said they only ever quote the pretax price as everyone knows to add tax. When I said that it wasn't done that way in the UK he got mega shirty and made things very difficult. It turns out that the price was for a Standard room, which is apperntly bigger than a Club room....beware if you are booking for the same problem.
The room itself was lovely, clean and has lots of nice touches such as free wifi, water on tap in the hallway and free coffee in reception.

I stayed here during a weekend break in London. Great rates available (£107 for Saturday night) given the location and the 4 star rating.
We arrived a little early for check in but were able to leave the suitcase. I was a bit worried about it as they were just lined up in the entrance, but when we came back it had been placed in our room which was a nice touch. The staff we met were all polite and efficient. The corridors and room were quiet and clean although the room was rather small. The shower was a nice walk in shower with a wide head and plenty of hot water.
You can help yourself to water and ice by the lift and there is a self service ‘Guest Locker’ where you can find things like extra pillows or an iron and ironing board. If there are none left they also bring them up to your room. There is a gym and you can get a yoga kit brought to your room.
Room service is from Cote Brasserie next door; there is only a £2.50 service charge for them to deliver which I thought was good value. There is also a shopper service so you can order things from the list which are delivered to your room; you have to order by 10am for this.
Your room has a direct dial number so calls come straight to you and there was also free wi-fi which worked well when we visited. The air conditioning in the room was no good at all (which is why my rating was reduced to very good from excellent). The room was boiling and we could not open the widow. There was also no socket by my bed to plug my phone into so it had to charge on the other side of the room. Not a big deal but a little irritating. The blackout curtains were good and allowed us to have a nice lie in on Sunday morning. Checking in/out is very easy with the self-serve points which avoids long queues at reception.
The hotel really is right by St Pauls and so in a good position for sightseeing. We walked along the river to the Tower and back and then up into Covent Garden. There are also plenty of near by tube stations and bus stops. There are lots of little shops, bars and cafes around. Down stairs in the hotel there are complimentary hot/cold drinks and snacks.

Title says it all really!!!
Can not fault location or price £107 for central London, but to call this 4* is a bit of a laugh - I have stayed in Premiere Inns a few times and I could not separate them from this.
Room was ok sized for 1 night but the bathroom was seriously out of the 1980's and when you flushed the loo the whole building new it was that noisy - Room 336 btw!!
Service seemed fine.
Avoid the overpriced adjoining restaurant for breakfast, although what food there was quite nice. The waitress there seemed shocked we didn't want to pay £13.95 for an English breakfast with tea, toast and cereal and that we'd rather pay £9 for just the English breakfast (with out mushrooms as they hadn't been delivered!!)

Spent one night at this hotel. It is right next to St Pauls Cathedral, and in a busy area with lots of restaurants and shops. Perfect.

Check-in is self-service on computer terminals. The staff was however very service minded and willing to help out with this process.

The hotel corridor and room reminded me of a the inside of a passenger ship.

The room was OK sized, the bath room was quite small, but adequate. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. There were some books available in the room, like dictionaries and London travel guides. The walls were thin, as I heard both coughing and bathroom noises from the neighboring rooms. No minibar, but there are drinks and snacks available in the common area complimentary. i did not try the restaurant. There is also a Marks and Spencer food store between the hotel and St Pauls, convenient for some food and drinks.

Wi-fi is complimentary, but it was a joke. It did hardly work on my iPhone and computer, and on the computers available for public use, it was sooo slow and you were thrown out every other second... I mentioned the lousy wi-fi to the check out lady, and she said it was a known problem, but that they were waiting to have this fixed. It took me half an hour, and several attempts to check in on my airline online, and the public printer was not working either, so had to mail it to the front desk for them to print for me (which they very willingly did). So it solved itself, but after a lot of frustration..

Positive is the service minded staff, negative is the wi-fi and the room rate which was GBP 171 + VAT.

Very quiet hotel. Nothing exceptional but a good clean hotel in central London that meets all the needs for any business traveller. No pool but fitness facility is fine. Good prices.

With the proximity to St. Paul's and the tube station you can't go wrong.

Stayed at Club Quarters earlier this week whilst travelling for work purposes. Good location for purposes of travel. Rooms fit for purpose, a little on the small side but fully functional with all the mod cons a professional requires. Guest services area incl. complimentary water, snacks, tea and coffee as well as a laundry and ironing room. Gym whilst small was well equipped. Would stay here again.
