I genuinely can't believe the negativity of some of the guys who have reviewed this hotel. Yes, the rooms are incredibly small - so what?! The hotel is in a fantastic position, slap bang in the middle of theatreland / Soho, it's clean, the staff are super- pleasant, free cheese & (decent) wine and Thierry Mugler shampoo... What's not to like??!! AND it's exceptional value for money. It's a winner for me and no mistake.

The room we booked was double with no window, it was so small we could barely fit ourselves and suitcases inside (however the size of the room is detailed on every booking website as well as their own so not a complaint just a warning). The room itself was tidy modern and fairly sound proof. The location is the best place to be in London! The staff are very friendly and they even do a free wine and cheese for guests every night between a 2 hour timeframe (I can't remember exactly what time).

All in all a good stay :)

Room Tip: Try and ask for a room where the shower and toilet doors face each other (gives you a little extra s...

Yes, the rooms are small, but a bit of research will tell you that, so no one should be complaining about the size. The hotel is in a great location, has very helpful and friendly staff and was spotlessly clean - all at a very reasonable price for Central London. The cheese and wine was a definite bonus, not a curled up piece of manky supermarket cheddar, but good quality cheeses along with crackers, fruit and nice wine, great on returning to the hotel after a day visiting customers/sightseeing. For someone needing a single room I would definitely recommend this hotel, for two people, yes as long as you get on well and don't mind seeing each other in the shower/on the toilet through an opaque glass wall.

Love the location. Love the design of the hotel and the room. Extremely clean. Rooms are small but I expected it. Will return for sure!!!
N.B. One advice to the administration. The rooms are very small which I expected and was in not disappointed. However, the huge TV takes up half of the room. Who wants to watch TV when in Soho in London??? I would replace the TVs with smaller ones to give more space.

Need to be in the central Theatreland district without the need of the rush after a show to get back to somewhere much more distant? Like somewhere 'a bit different?' This is certainly the place! Yes- the rooms are minimalist - but you have everything you want and in clean and quality style( felt a bit like being in Japan!)The staff were friendly and seemed to care- not something you always find! Rooms surprisingly less noisy than anticipated( I stayed in the section overlooking the 'courtyard'). The chesse and wine early evening is such a different addition and I hadn't expected such a lovely selection( plenty of nibbles for the non- diary guest too). Coming to London as often as I can afford from the Midlands- this will be my First Choice!

Room Tip: Select rooms not overlooking the very noisy street.

Great Hotel in expensive city. Excellent Soho location with abundant nightlife, but still the room was remarkably quiet. Lovely wine & cheese happy hour. Rooms can be tiny - so be sure to check the size. Good WiFi.

Room Tip: Check the size of the room.
