Recently stayed in the area due to work commitments. I am usually on my own and whilst tbere are some nice restaurants in thearea you do feel self concious and awkward when you're alone. The answer to the problem is a pub like the Goose; nobody cares or takes any notice when you're on your own. However, back to pub: in short if you are looking for somewhere with a good atmosphere, good beer and good, cheap, pub grub you won't go far wrong if you give The Goose a try. I have to stop in the area again and will definitely be cakling in again - try it, I don't think you will be disappointed

We brought a group of students to The Goose in February, and we had an exceptional experience. The owner, Regg, was helpful and friendly. The students raved about their food. Next time we come to London, we will definitely go back to The Goose!

The waiters were so nice, all of them are friendly. We had Fish & Chips and salad. These sauces were tasty!!

I frequent the Goose about 3 or 4 times a month. Very good value - with pub meals being excellent value and beers at just £2.50-£2.90 a pint. Best prices in Fulham...? Cheap & cheerful.

Not a gastro pub, so don't expect it. But for a cheap pint and football on the TVs, the Goose won't let you down.

There's no garden as such, but there is a fairly large outside patio area, with pergola effect covering seating, for those wanting fresh air of a cigarette.

I happened to visit on (re-)opening night, so the pub was busy and had various entertainments on. The real ales on offer seemed to be properly kept and were sold at a good price for London.

There was a reasonable choice of pub food on the menu. Service was quick and portions were good. There are various specials on, depending on the day of the week.

A handy spot for a quick meal and a drink if you are in the area.
