“Great sit down option for euston”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 4, 2013

Visited last week on spec (i expect you cant book anyway), 2 adults and 2 children. It was packed but luckily a window booth became available straight away and we had a great space to relax and fuel up before what would turn into a rather uncomfortable journy back to Shropshire. (thanks alot arriva trains wales). The eldest was impressed with the 50's themed decor and the rock n roll on the soundsystem. Orders promptly taken by the friendly waiter and we enjoyed some average sweet potato fries, excellent onion rings with a selection of 5 dips including jalepeno jam, chilli and melted cheese, a blue cheese burger and a couple of 'dogs. Real bonus was a bottomless coke which was replenished without the need for prompting. All in all it is slightly on the expensive side for what is really just a fast food joint but it definately made for a better option than most of the other options available for a quick sit down meal.

“Very overpriced but lively atmosphere”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 1, 2013

My son was attracted by the bright exterior and was desperate to try it. I on the other hand wish I had stood firm on the nearby Greek restaurant we had passed.

Quite simply the food was absolutely awful for the price paid and I almost had to laugh when they put the plates in front of us as the portions were smaller than I could have got in McDonalds for less than a third of the price. My fries were rock solid and tasted of old fat.

They cater well for children and chatter pleasently with them as they passed but their interactions with adults were a bit less friendly. Service was very quick and if you are catching a train that has to be a plus point but honestly I would never return here voluntarily.

“Good”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 28, 2013

I suppose it was alright dining here. My partner particularly loved the chilli cheese dog and cheese fries. I did too, but considering that the cheese they used for toppings was in a giant bag (totally processed), I was turned off by the pricing.

I would go again but only for the typical american dining experience. I think if you want to experience real diner foods, best go to America!
