“A mighty monument for those brave souls”

This monument is opposite the Wellington Arch in Hyde Park Corner. The monument contains some emotive statues. A large canon adorns the top of the monument, with distinctive soldiers in amazing detail and pose on each side. I always find war monuments to be sobering and thought provoking, and the Royal Artillery Monument was no exception. Spend a few minutes paying your respects by this monument. The artwork is beautiful.
