We had a fairly nice lunch here at a price you'd expect to pay in central London (£20 a head, no booze).

Ping Pong used to be one of my favourite dim sum joints, but it felt a little tired today, the parcels made of rather too much dough and not enough filling, all rather tasting the same. Soup was grey, no free green tea, only their 'special' (aka expensive) teas, as well as all the other small rip offs you'd expect from a chain (e.g. 12.5% service charge automatically added). Underwhelmed.

We loved our visit to this branch of Ping Pong. It's on the ground floor of a tall building and has a great after-work atmosphere. The food is great, as are the cocktails and fruit drinks, and the service is very good. We always find Ping Pong to be great value.

Really nice place. Very good food. A tad expensive but it's in central London right next to St Paul's so prices what one would expect. Let down by patchy service otherwise 5 stars. Some stuff ordered never arrived. It was a bit slow. We went at quiet time so when busy they must struggle. If you are going to add 12.5% to the bill for service it has to be better than this especially at these prices.

This restaurant is close to my office and serves my dim sum cravings well!

The food is great and service is generally good unless its busy. Waiters are slow to bring second drinks round and have on occasions forgotten an item or two that's marked on our order form. So you must watch out and check the bill.

The staff are friendly and helpful.

The venue gets quite noisy and musician quite loud so it's difficult to have a catch up with a friend.

All in all one of my favourites!!

Went straight to restaurant from my office in the City at 5.30. Was very quiet, greeted immediately and given an explanation of how to order as first timers. Soooo much to choose from so went for set menu for two, supplemented by scallop and shittake steamed dim sum.

Had some sake while we waited and during meal, was very, very nice.

Really enjoyed the food, looked very pretty and tasted fresh and delicate. Interesting that it was a set menu for 2 though as most of the dishes came in portions of 3!!! Fortunately this did not cause any domestic arguments.....

Left feeling pleasantly stuffed but not too uncomfortable or sluggish to enjoy a West End who afterwards - perfect meal for start of an evening or when you realise you need a mid wine session sober/soak up.

Boyfriend and I will be going again for sure.
