“Favourite lunch venue”
Reviewed December 25, 2012 via mobile

This restaurant is close to my office and serves my dim sum cravings well!

The food is great and service is generally good unless its busy. Waiters are slow to bring second drinks round and have on occasions forgotten an item or two that's marked on our order form. So you must watch out and check the bill.

The staff are friendly and helpful.

The venue gets quite noisy and musician quite loud so it's difficult to have a catch up with a friend.

All in all one of my favourites!!

“Pre Theatre Yum Yum”
Reviewed August 14, 2012

Went straight to restaurant from my office in the City at 5.30. Was very quiet, greeted immediately and given an explanation of how to order as first timers. Soooo much to choose from so went for set menu for two, supplemented by scallop and shittake steamed dim sum.

Had some sake while we waited and during meal, was very, very nice.

Really enjoyed the food, looked very pretty and tasted fresh and delicate. Interesting that it was a set menu for 2 though as most of the dishes came in portions of 3!!! Fortunately this did not cause any domestic arguments.....

Left feeling pleasantly stuffed but not too uncomfortable or sluggish to enjoy a West End who afterwards - perfect meal for start of an evening or when you realise you need a mid wine session sober/soak up.

Boyfriend and I will be going again for sure.

“Never fails to impress”

Ping pong dim sum may not be as you would get bit in China but is perfectly adapted for our western pallets, cool music and swift service.

“Food is good but shame about everything else”
Reviewed March 7, 2012

I have visited this restaurant a few times as it is close to my office. The food and cocktails are always good but unfortunately the service is consistently poor. On the last occasion we were a party of six and we waited over 40 minutes for our first drinks to be served. During that time we reminded the waitress twice that we were still waiting and her response was to just throw her hands up in the air and tell us that they were busy (the restaurant was only half full). She then went over to another waitress to obviously complain about us in full view. They served us the wrong food, drinks we had not ordered and when we did order drinks they took at least 30 minutes to arrive. We were there for about four hours and only managed to get two rounds of drinks in that time. The service was unprofessional, surly and downright rude and we will not be returning for a very long time if at all.

“Great Dim Sum”
Reviewed October 21, 2011

The dim sum is so delicious here. We had a set menu of different dim sum (meat, seafood, vegetarian) and it was the best I have tasted. They had a happy hour so we sampled some of their different cocktails and these were great too. It's got a great feel to it and is done out well. I'll definitely be going back.
