An amazing old staple that now delivers!!

Great curry goat and jerk chicken with a side of slaw and deep fried plantain.

Always great for dinner but even better for a Sunday brunch. Full English with jerk sausages is a must for a hazy head!

Superb food, great West Indian cuisine.

Negril is half way up Brixton hill but you can either bus it from central Brixton, or walk, it takes around 10 minutes.

Always busy, they serve a great range of food, and vegetarian/vegan/ital included. The staff are warm and friendly, it doesn't take too long to get your food served.

There's an outdoor area and in the summer they have a barbeque on the go. If you like Caribbean food then you'll love this place, easily the best in Brixton

We were in the area for one night only and gave this place a go on the recommendation of a friend, and we weren't disappointed. We went for a sharing platter whih was lovely. The plantain was really good, and the rice and peas were gorgeous! A friend had goat curry which was also delicious, very tasty without being too fiery. We booked ahead and were glad we did as most tables had been reserved. It is a 'byo' place, but thee is a £2.50 corkage charge. They do sell their own soft drinks. Staff were very friendly. Thouroughly enjoyable experience.

Excellent Caribbean food, with so much flavour and a cosy atmosphere inside. I thoroughly enjoyed the salt fish fritters and their gravy is amazing. All round great experience, and it's bring your own booze.

Don't be afraid to try this great Carribean restaurant because it is in Brixton. The food is fabulous especially if you like spicy food.
Big servings - suggest the sharing platters so you can try all sorts. Their watermelon juice with ginger and citrus is a must! Good service - friendly and prompt. A wonderful experience!
