Great location on to Central Tube line for onward travel into London, clean rooms, and friendly staff nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast and good restaurant.
Could do with slightly better signage to find hotel. Parking very reasonable in car park A of Westfield car Park £8 for 24 hours.

Room Tip: Book early if you can great savings to be had.

A new Premier Inn, which is modern and clean. It's location is fantastic for Westfield and the Olympic Park. Parking was easy (A) and cheap (£8 for 24 hours). It's also on the central line into London. Room was reasonable size and clean and breakfast was good.

Excellent in every way. Good service, clean rooms, reasonably well located as it is fairly close to central line. Lots of local eateriies too. Kids free breakfasts and two single beds for kids in family rooms. Great,

I have stayed at this Premier Inn a couple of times before.

As usual with Premier Inn the bedroom was of a very high standard, both in terms of cleanliness, which could not be faulted and the facilities available to guests in the rooms again cannot be faulted.

The restaurant which is attached to the hotel was very good, except for when it came to making payment.

Be very wary if you are making payment by debit or credit card. This is NOT because of any problems with the staff, but rather due to problems with the credit card machines at this restaurant. I made payment by card and received a slip saying that the payment had gone through.

However, on returning to the lifts, I was pursued by a member of the restaurant team who told me that my card payment had not gone through as their card machine had been disconnected from the card companies servers. I therefore ended up wtih no option but to go back and try and make payment again, frankly him showing me why was of no interest to me, this wasn't my problem, it was the hotels and I should not have been dragged into this again after leaving, after all, they would not have resolved any of my problems after I left the restaurant, so why should I be concerned that they have lost out.

Anyway, after further failed attempts to make payment by card, due to loose wiresd in their other card termins meaning that those payments also failed, we managed to get a payment through.

Not impressed with the restaurant and the staff attitude in the restaurant. I would suggest people make payment by cash if possible, or the restaurant need new card machines. I don't expect to be pursued to the lifts again and made to return to the restaurant. As with customer problems, once I leave the restaurant, the hotel/restaurants issues should no longer be my responsibility.

Great location when you can find hotel! Safe and secure entry. Perfect for trains and practically every shop you will need. Great eating facilities with choice for everyone. Nice rooms although air con was quite noisy. Switched it off and all was then okay.

Two nights at premier inn at Stratford London while visiting family. We found it modern, clean and comfortable and had a great night's sleep. Ideal situation next to Westfield shopping centre and only took 5 minutes to get from St Pancras using the high speed train. Breakfast was good value for money and staff very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

First of all this is a premier inn. That means that the facilities won't be up there with the likes of the ritz but neither is the price. If you have stayed in one premier inn then you will know exactly what to expect. Thing is, there is a lot of premier inns in London so how does this one stand out from the rest.

Let's start with the negatives as these are few in number and really don't distract from an excellent stay.
The quality of some of the fixtures and fittings was a little disappointing considering this is a relatively new hotel. For instance, a spring on my mattress did seem to fail whilst I was laid on the bed on two occasions (I'm not that heavy) and there was a small tear in the curtain.
There wasn't many towels, 3 in total in the room.
No free parking, something which I will mark down because it takes just as long to get to Central London from here as it does from other premier inns such as the one in Harrow.

Now that that's over, the positives.
The staff were by far and away the stand out feature of this hotel which is even more impressive when you consider the hotels location but more on that in a minute. I haven't been to a premier inn where the staff were even half as good as they were here. From check in when the girl at the desk (Sumenya) helpfully guided us through the electronic terminals and just took an interest in our stay, chatting with us whilst we checked in. It's the first time I've ever experienced someone ask whether our stay was a special occasion. Small touch but very nice, just as was the free breakfast that was offered after talking to her (completely unexpected and very gratefully received!). The staff in the restaurant couldn't do enough for you either, with nothing too much trouble. Again receiving a friendly greeting, being guided to the table and explained in brilliant detail how everything worked a service that doesn't even occur in much higher market hotels such as the mercure. Even check out was great with the staff member asking us about our stay and trying to get as much feedback from us as he could.
So yes the location is absolutely terrific. It's next to the Westfield Stratford centre, requiring you to walk through it to get from the underground to the hotel (you can also take the train or dlr to Stratford intl which is closer but will take you just as long unless a dlr train arrives immediately). Essentially this puts you within 20 minutes of Central London via the tube and also provides a much safer walk back to the hotel in the later hours of the night. Also it means that your indoors all the way from the hotel to the underground. The Westfield itself is a great shopping destination with loads of shops and restaurants to choose from. There's also a cinema if you want to see a film whilst your there (don't see the point myself as I'd be surprised if you can't do that at home but each to their own).
The room itself was well decorated and had useful features such as a plug by the bed, modern tv with a working TV guide (just free view but this seems to be rare even these days), and pretty much everything you would want for a decent stay in a hotel room.
Breakfast was very nice too. I'd say that this is excellent value for families as children go free (2 per 1 paying adult) but for adult only guests it may be viewed as relatively expensive when you consider that the Westfield with its abundance of choice is on the doorstep.
Value for money was brilliant, the rooms were well priced and I felt that we received a brilliant room for the price we payed.

All in all hotel was almost everything you could want from a London hotel and is somewhere I would definitely return to. If I were driving then I may consider others that do include parking however I wouldn't exclude this hotel altogether because of it. It has further cemented our loyalty to the premier inn brand which in my opinion provides the best value for money hotel service you can buy.

Room Tip: Ask for a high floor room. You need to use the lift anyway so you may as well ask for a decent view!
