we stayed 4 days with a child 10 years old and everything was ok
the Hotel is well located in a Shopping Center, and as well if it rains no problem to arrive. We would come back. The stuff is friendly and nice.

We stayed at the Premier Inn Stratford for 3 nights at year end. We had some issues with this location… the first being that this hotel is VERY difficult to locate!! Our transfer from Gatwick drove around for well over an hour and in the end we had to help him find the hotel. We knew that we were in the right vicinity as we continuously circled the Westfield shopping center, but we never saw any signs advertising the Premier Inn. Another issue was when we tried to get to the hotel via the shopping center after hours. One night we got lucky and a female security officer let us in to the mall when we said that we were trying to get to the Premier Inn; she said that this is a reoccurring problem. On another night after arriving late to the mall as we had been to the theatre to see Wicked, we had no such luck as the doors were locked. The guards inside the mall instructed us to walk around the back of the mall. The area is horribly lit and a bit disturbing – definitely not very safe as there were some shady characters out and about. It was so cold that we decided to make a run for it – me, my husband and two teenage daughters. Once in the elevator, we went directly to the reception area on the 1st floor to speak with someone from the hotel staff. The young lady at the reception desk did in fact confirm that it is a bit tricky reaching the hotel after the mall’s closing hours.

Overall we had a good experience – the beds were comfortable, the shower had great pressure, the staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious (even better when kids eat free). The 30 minutes of free WIFI is great. And the public transportation connections are plentiful.

The annual visit to London, second time at Premier Inn Stratford, stayed 3 nights at year end. Everything was fine, good experience, good value for the money and location realy is extremely good for shopping (hotel is in the Westfield shopping center- how nice during the sales!) as well as visiting London, great connections with the Tube, DLR, Overground.
The only -really small!- issue this visit was that the first room we got had some problems with the aircon unit, it was really loud, room was unusually warm, and trying to change the settings did not work (the control panel was also a bit flimsy - and looking at the unit itself, you could see the ceiling panels a bit apart and not fully fitted - obviously some repair had been attempted already..), but when asked, we got assigned another room with no further questions, and no further issues, this room was OK, all in all. Staff is really friendly and welcoming, and seem to care about the guests wellbeing.
The rooms have coffee and tea, which is always nice, not having to run to the Costa/ Pret for each cup. There are so many dining (and breakfast!) options at Westfield, that we did not try the hotel restaurang.
Bathroom clean, shower is very nice with good pressure, room was quiet and comfortable. The rooms seem to be well kept in this hotel, no signs of wear.
There is free WIFI for 30min / day, and otherwise it cost 3£, which is reasonable. (+ there are locations in the shopping mall that also have free WIFI)
At check out, we left our bags for a couple of hours, this service was appreciated, as we had a couple of extra hours to spend before taking the train to Gatwick.
I'm pretty sure we will come here again- maybe at the year end, for a shopping haul :)

Stayed here for a night with a friend when we had tickets for a concert at the O2. Very impressed as I stay at quite a lot of Premier Inns and this is one of the newest I've visited.

We were lucky enough to have a room with a view across the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, which was a bonus.

Almost always impressed with Premier Inns and this was no exception. Friendly, helpful staff and a very clean room with everything you need.

Location is perfect, adjacent to Westfield Stratford. Highly recommend!

Very good stay. The rooms were comfortable and no noise from outside despite being near the station. The computer check in system was much easier than I thought. Staff were very friendly and gave us good information about the fireworks although knew nothing of the new years day parade. The only drawback being the long queue for breakfast followed by the food and crockery running out.
