Great price (weekend deal) and lovely clean quiet comfortable room. Did not eat in restaurant as so many choices within Westfield Stratford City. Would definitely stay again if needing good accessible hotel in London.

We have just spent two nights at this hotel. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean but the absence of a couple of easy chairs meant that we could not watch the TV in comfort (the sofa which doubles as an extra bed was not comfortable to sit on for any length of time) while the bathroom did not have a shaving point. However, the level of service was excellent. We had a problem with the first room we stayed in, which took the form of a droning from machinery outside until 9pm and a locked door through to the next room which meant that we could hear the noises from the occupants of the next room. The next morning we asked for a different room and without further questioning we were given one and our money was refunded for the previous night's stay. They certainly delivered on their money back guarantee. We were very impressed by this and the general level of service delivered by the staff in the hotel and restaurant.

Room Tip: Avoid the first floor.

Stayed just one night but very impressed with the location and the staff, all very friendly. Restaurant food was very good, although there was quite a wait for it. I have to say that I find the firm beds a little too firm for me, but my husband was very happy with it. Very modern and comfortable room - good air conditioning unit. Tube station is right through the Westfield Shopping Mall (too tempting!) and straight into London on the Central Line.

Spent a night here as we were touring the Olympic Park and going up the Orbit. The location was ideal. You are so near to the Westfield shopping centre for some retail therapy and spoilt for choice with 'eateries'. The staff were first class, smart and obliging. The rooms were spotless and very comforting. A first class choice.

We stayed here for 4 days the middle weekend of the school Easter Holiday. We arrived early (1.15pm) and could have had a lower room straight away however we were told that we had been allocated a higher floor room but that would not be available until the proper booking in time of 2 o'clock. When we returned to book in a staff member helped us with the self service booking in system but the room came up as a second floor with a back view. She told us to look at the room and come down if we were not happy. As the room did not have a view and was above the restaurant we asked for this to be changed and this was done immediately.
We had a lovely room on the 9th floor overlooking the Olympic stadium. The rooms were large , had a luxury of a bath instead of just a shower, they were clean , you could ask for more tea bags/ coffee and milk if you wanted. the staff were very helpful and the £23 meal deals with 3 course meal , drink and all you can eat breakfast were of excellent value compared with eating at one of the restaurant chains next door in the Westfield centre.
The hotel is well situated with easy access all over London as it is on the Jubilee, DLR and Central lines of the underground - this is a huge bonus- do not be put off by the fact it is in zone 3 of the underground. The first week end was busy but to be expected in the middle of the Easter holidays. We booked early so got this at a good bargain on the saver deal and would really recommend this and with free museums in London, Oyster card and the cost of the hotel the price worked out considerable less than staying in the country in a premier inn plus petrol etc which was really surprising.

Room Tip: high room overlooking the Olympic stadium

We have just returned from a two night stay at Premier Inn London Stratford. We were impressed with the location as its literally yards from the Stratford International station which gets you to St Pancras in 6 minutes!

The staff were so nice and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they work very hard to ensure the place runs like clockwork. Particular thanks to Nishant who checked us in and ensured I got a fan despite being run off his feet. Fab service also by Sade in the Thyme restaurant which was lovely. We booked the £22.99 meal deal on the first evening and got a three course meal, drink and breakfast the next day. We had a table by the window overlooking the skyline which was lovely as the sun went down.

The room itself was lovely, as two women travelling we particularly like that you can't get past reception or near rooms without a key card. Premier Inn you get what you know which is why we like them. Rooms in this one were air conditioned as for safety the windows do not open.

Shower was nice and powerful and plenty of hot water. Everything you need at a great price.

Plus it's a bonus it's actually part of the same building as the Westfield Stratford City. There are loads of restaurants and shops to choose from and as they are open late in the week you can still go round when you get back from seeing the sights. There is a cinema and casino too if you fancy it.

Overall we loved it and would definitely stay again.

We stayed here during a weekend trip to London and were impressed with the look and location of the hotel. The room was a perfect size for 2 adults and 1 child. We managed to get a great view of the Olympic stadium.

The hotel is situated at London Stratford right beside the Olympic stadium and Westfield Shopping centre. The centre is amazing as there is a huge choice of restaurants ands shops. We arrived at London Kings Cross by train and then took the javelin train from St Pancras right into Stratford. This cost £11 for the three of us.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and well presented. The hotel is located right through the shopping centre beside Waitrose. The main underground station is situated close to Starbucks (we visited this both mornings for brekkie) and it cost us £8 for an all day travelcard.

The reason I did not give this hotel 5 out of 5 is because the cleaner stole a doughnut from our room. I know it is just a doughnut but it is still theft.

Overall, this hotel is excellent for a budget break to London and it is only 15 mins by tube on the central line into the city centre.
