This hotel is very clean and updated. The wifi did go in and out during our whole stay but it was do able. We got free breakfast which we took advantage of but it wasn't anything special. There was a small selection of toast, ham, cheese, and cereal. Our room was on the 2nd floor and the first night we stayed there we could hear people stomping up the stairs and shutting there room doors which was really annoying but after the first night we didn't hear anything. Good location to victoria station and lots of cute cafes close by! The staff was pretty nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

It's strange that you can find such a quiet little corner so near Victoria. Staff is really attentive and the breakfast is small but with good quality.

Had room 1015, which was in the basement. It would have been troublesome if I had bigger bags but it worked. The room was a bit chilly but my only complaint is really that wifi did not work in the room.

Great trip, We didn't have any problems with the hotel other than there wifi is not great. Other than that, the staff were very helpful. They even let us check in at 9a.m., when check in wasn't till 2pm. Good location, close to victoria station and only about ten minute walk to Buckingham palace. Room was small but well furnished and clean. Typical size for Europe from our experience. Definately would stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights to attend theaters and dinners. The location was great just a couple blocks from Victoria Street Station with bus service to and from Stansted Airport and all tour buses for the city. Apollo Theater is around the corner and the staff was great. They took the time to offer recommendations even drawing out maps for us.

Stayed for 1 night in August in a small double room (302)

Room is very small but furnished to a high standard, bed is comfy and air-con was great.
Usual facilities, tea/coffee/water/biscuits.
Bathroom obviously small but shower was great.

Nice location, close to Victoria Station but very quiet as on residential street, slept very well indeed.

Reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast is poor, small selection of meat and cheese, cereals and toast, tea/coffee/juice, yoghurts.
Pastries were stale.
Cooked breakfast would have been appreciated.

Will definitely stay again.
