It's hard to imagine you're in Tooting. But this tiny, bustling restaurant has all the smoky charm of eating real Lebanese in real Lebanon. Everything is cooked on the other side of the counter by busy chefs cramped over hot coals. Their kofte kebabs are succulent and herby and the grilled haloumi in pitta bread has become a family favourite. Service is exceptionally bright and fast. A mark of its success is that you will have to book days ahead even if you're a regular. Easily outperforms the vastly more expensive other Lebanese places in the West End.
