Great location, fantastic space, delicious food!
And dogs are welcome too!
Had a delicious festive lunch of roast partridge and pan fried salmon with lentils followers by a superb honey & treacle cake with creme anglaise ... and mulled wine.
Looking forward to our next visit.
They also have rooms above the restaurant which look fantastic so we look forward to staying there too on a future visit to London.

I love the Cubitt House chain - their pubs are my go-to places for consistently good food. So I recommended the Grazing Goat as a place to stay to my parents who are often in London.

Big mistake!! I don't know whether they have a policy for doing this, in the hope that people don't confirm and don't turn up, but when my parents arrived, they were told that their room had been double booked, and were told they would need to stay around the corner, in another hotel (not part of the same group)!! How is it even possible to double book in a hotel with only 8 bedrooms??!!

Really disappointed. Needless to stay, they won't be staying there again and will be going back to the Firmdale hotels in future.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your parents had a bad experience and were moved to a different hotel. It is definitely not our policy to double book hotel rooms, so please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Please contact us on feedback@cubitthouse.co.uk when you or your parents are planning another visit as we would like to make it up to you / them.

We hope to see you soon.

An excellent find tucked down a guiet side street, 3 minutes walk from Oxford Circus. A lively bar and restaurant downstairs with excellent breakfasts and well equipped rooms above. Rooms are a little on the small side (certainly room B) and for the price of the room, breakfast included (or at least drinks) should be considered. Friendly staff - our second visit and would return

Room Tip: Room B smaller than A. SOme top floor rooms have baths, not showers
