“Good for one night”

Immaculately clean hotel, 5 minutes walk from Hammersmith tube station and Hammersmith Apollo music venue. Room was absolutely tiny - we had to climb over bed as it wasn't possible to walk round it. That said, it was well equipped with TV, coffee making facilities etc. Bathroom was the smallest I have EVER seen, even on a cruise ship. We had to wriggle round the miniature wash basin to get to the loo. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Bread was stale and fruit salad dried out, but coffee good. That said, it is the ideal place to stay for one night and I would use them again. Staff pleasant and efficient. Bed was comfortable and the room had working aircon.

Room Tip: Our room was 107 on the first floor, which is very handy for reception etc. I would ask for that roo...

Good clean rooms, well fitted out and finished. A little small and not designed originally as a hotel it tries its best and does a really good job. It's much better than many more expensive hotels, and well placed to hit two main tube station lines. Would stay here again any day

Stayed here for one night. Room was a bit small but fine for one person. Clean. Shower was great and modern. Very handy for travelling in tube. Close to resturants and bars. All in all a decent hotel with is affordable!

After a minor glitch by our booking agent, the staff were outstanding-Lana and Alexandra couldn't do enough for us. 3 of us were booked into a double delux instead of a triple room. They didn't have a triple room on our 1st night but offered us another small double on another floor We made do with the double and sofa bed. They gave us a complimentary drink and moved our stuff the next day to a triple room. The rooms are small, but beautifully appointed. Our triple room,room127 was fab,! Shower best ever! Complimentary breakfast was fresh and tasty.Location excellent for travelling into city with tube only minutes away, but tons of eating and drinking places in Hammersmith. Would definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: Try for the back of hotel as main road noisy. Double rooms small, delux a bit more spacious

Stayed one night on business. As would be expected in central London, the rooms are very small but very well appointed. Comfortable beds, great bathroom and toiletries. Helpful staff, breakfast available in room, for no extra charge and wifi codes free from reception.

Stayed here for 2 nights. GreT location, clean and tidy, funky decor, small but very neat and tidy. Great for a few nights. Breakfast not very exciting but functional. Lovely complimentary toiletries. A little noisy at front so ask for room at top or back

Conveniently located close to Hammersmith Underground, Very close to Primark- the shopping destination. Rooms though small but Clean and nice and courteous staff.
They upgraded our room on request as we have a small baby and the room they allocated us was too small.
I would personally like to thank entire staff of Best western Plus, Seraphine, for their amazing hospitality and service they gave us during our stay. Ravi, Alexendra, Lara, Harry, Sam, Fulham.
We would hihly recommend this for their helpful and friendly staff.

Room Tip: Ask for road side room, you will have some view from your window
