There is a pretty high street with a good range of nice shops, including a great cheese shop, Duant Books, the travel book shop, Patisserie Valerie and an interesting Spanish Catholic church. The station is at the top end of the area.

Pleanty to see and do in this area of London and we have stayed here a good few times in Travelodge. Good access from central London via the underground along with National rail from across the UK. Lots of place to eat and drink and plenty of sights to see within walking distance of Marylebone.

I tried Marylebone, and area where never been before, cos always was tight to Mayfair and western areas of the city such as Chelsea and Belgravia, this time I booked in Marylebone and I muest to say that it is a wonderful area to stay, to shop, and to walk, a wonderful piece of calm in the middle of the city and very close to everything London has to offer but far away from the noisy West End even it is round the corner. Also is convenient to make day trips to London north central areas such as Hampstead, Belsize Park, or Parliament Hill Fields where you can taste a piece of country life just in the middle of north Central London. I love Marylebone with its mixture of people from all over the world, specially I love the arab smooth in Edgware Road, also is said some international first line stars from the music and filming live here, try Connaught Square where Madonna is said to live, but I never seem her..
