“Quality French Food, Perfectly Served”
Reviewed April 4, 2013 via mobile

We attended this specific Cotê Brasserie near Covent Garden because the other was fully booked. When we arrived it was the smaller one of the two, but the site was clean, welcoming and the staff greeted us instantly despite appearing full.
The menu had all the things you'd expect from a French restaurant and a wine list to match. The extensive list of whiskeys was a pleasant surprise too.
The service was amazing, pleasant and with a sense humour and charm. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive and food was delivered promptly with out the feeling of being rushed. The food all round the table was amazing, no one at my table had a grumble and all I heard were sighs of enjoyment and pleasure; the biggest surprise here came from a side of Creamed Spinach, Amazing!
All in all the experience was brilliant, although I can see why they had no concern for rushing us through to get in more covers. The bill worked out to be £50 per head for a 3 course meal with one drink and a whiskey to finish.

Having mentioned the price, i left feeling that the price was some what justified in the level service received an the very high quality of the food. You will be seeing me soon Cotê Brasserie.

“Pre-concert dinner”
Reviewed April 2, 2013

On a busy Bank holiday Monday, this wonderful restaurant and its staff delivered delicious brasserie food, with absolutely faultless service.

A fellow diner on the next table was unfortunately taken ill, [ requiring the calling of, and treatment
by paramedics]. All of this was undertaken with the utmost calm by the staff [and the manager in particular], causing the minimum of fuss and disruption to time sensitive pre-theatre diners.

I cannot praise the food,or service highly enough, and a £13.95 for 3 courses the value is amazing too.

“Tasty Supper”
Reviewed March 29, 2013

We just walked in and it was busy but they found us a table downstairs.
We had a friendly waitress who helped us. The food was tasty ,I had a seafood pasta and it was tasty and served efficiently. It was a change from the big chains that frequent the area.

“Solid. Quality meal, service & value”
Reviewed March 27, 2013

I think it's pretty clear from the other reviews that this place just delivers on all levels.

The food isn't gourmet level, but it certainly isn't fast food. It's just quality for a reasonable price, with good service, and a reasonable atmosphere. I think it's tough to go wrong with eating here. We ate there twice and were pleased both times.

They have Prix Fix menu as well as ala carte. Simple French fare.

A nice reprieve. Enjoy.

“Excellent value lunch”
Reviewed March 24, 2013

Lunch for four? No problem. No need to book but it does get busy. Very hot on customer service. We all had table d'hote and they were really nice. Apart from my husband having a problem with the bones in his sardines, which they politely replaced with a delicious soup at no extra charge. Well done! Drinks were expensive, but that was expected. A great experience and we would all return another day. I hope....
