The location of this hotel was great and the room reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and reception open 24 hours. However we were not informed until we received our non-refundable confirmation that we'd booked a room with shared toilet and shower - which we would not have chosen. The room was tiny with about 3 large suitcases worth of floor space to put our two large suitcases. Most disappointing was the bed. At 6ft my partner is not exactly a giant but his feet hung over the end of the bed, making for 5 nights of less than comfortable sleep. We travelled all over Europe for 5 weeks and this was the smallest hotel and bed we found. Would not go back.

Ok so I only needed up in this hotel for approx 3 hrs, it was an awards night in Mayfair, so can't really judge. But the bed was comfortable, the staff friendly and the price for its location was excellent.

All I wanted was a bed for a few hours so perfect. Considering around the corner you will be paying £400 per night this hotel is perfect.

I booked this hotel because of it's ideal location to Hyde Park for the BBC Radio 2 weekend festival for myself and a friend. A short five minute walk from Marble Arch it was perfect for our two night stay. Clean, comfortable twin room with all basic amenities, Television, shower room, hairdryer, tea and coffee etc. The room was tiny but we only needed to sleep in it as we had a busy weekend schedule. Reception open 24 hours; pleasant polite staff, extra pillows brought when requested. Not really anything to find fault with. Reasonably priced for the location. Would definitely go back again

Just spent four nights at the Marble Arch Inn, great little place to stay. Very central with easy access to most places on foot or tube. Friendly staff, clean and children friendly. .....Certainly will be back!

We stayed here for 4 nights with our 3 children this week. Family room was spacious, clean and pleasant. Hyde park extremely close and a couple minutes walk to the tube. The hotel was lovely and staff were very friendly and helpful. Central and nice area. Will be back!
