Not a lot to add really. It delivers what you know and expect from a Permier Inn. Tries to be a bit clever for the metropolitan crowd by having self check in terminals, but all you want is a person! Car Park is useful, but don't expect to be able to get in or out without pressing the call button

Good vending machines, not overly pricey, unlike the room - clearly paying for location

Room wise I wonder if I had the one room with the one bed that Lenny Henry doesn't fit on or find comfortable!

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us.
The self checking kiosk where designed for the very regular Premier Inn guests who knows us inside out and just what to head to their rooms on arrival. If any guests wants to be check-in, their will always be someone on hand who will very happy to assist.

On entering our car park, you don’t need to buzz; just press button for a ticket and the barrier will open automatically.

Our rooms are priced on local market set and are very similar to surrounding hotels. www.premierinn.com is where you will find some great deals on rooms.

Premier Inn beds are standard through the estate and from the same company, Hypnos. I am sorry to read that you didn’t find them to your comfort.

Many thanks again for your review and I hope you we will be welcoming you again soon.

Kind Regards,
Ryan

I stayed here on 15 June 2013 with a friend we (were off to wembley stadium to see The Boss ;) )we had a twin room with a double and single bed all very clean and comfortable , it had everything we needed , hair dryer towels tea and coffee although I'm glad I took shampoo etc.
We were checked in very efficiently by a very smiley receptionist who was happy to help. We both slept like babies hearing no noise in corridors or from outside our room the wine may have had something to do with that !!our room overlooked the car park and tennis courts. Breakfast was exceptional considering how busy it was plenty of fresh and hot food , not at all chaotic . All in all a good experience if a tad expensive for a premier inn at £150 per night ( inc breakfast) would recommend if visiting London great location !

My wife and I stayed here for three nights and found it to be excellent. We had no road noise and the room was clean and nice sized. We opted for the breakfast. It was good and filling. This is only a short walk to the Tower Bridge Underground stop. I would guess maybe 10 mins. If you have a pass you can jump on the bus and it will drop you off right in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful not only at the desk but in the restaurant as well. For the price this was an excellent value.

Room Tip: Our room was facing towards the Thames river and not overlooking the road.

My family and I were visiting from Australia, (all 15 of us!!!) and we decided to stay in the Premier Inn because we'd been there before. We had a fantastic experience! The staff were SO nice, they could not do enough. Every time we came downstairs, got in the lift, went to the restaurant or needed a cab, they couldn't do enough or be more polite. Most of the family were new to London, so we did a lot of touristy stuff and the location meant we could get everywhere easily, but it wasn't noisy or too close to hustle and bustle . We've stayed there before and we'd stay there again! They really looked after us the whole time and great customer service like that, can be hard to find. All our rooms were clean, we didn't have any issues with them, and they were more than accommodating about putting us all next to each other, even with 6 rooms. Definitely recommend it!

Stayed here for 3 nights for a short break with my friend. It is more expensive then other Premier Inns i have stayed at but its location is the reason for this. The hotel staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful i would stay here again if i visit London.

Rooms are very clean and beds lovely had good nights sleep. The location is great and the London Bridge underground not far only a few mins walk. Overall i would recommend here to anyone visiting London. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to say thank you to all the staff who work very hard but always have time to say hello and be helpful, something you do not always get at the more expensive hotels in London.

I stay in Premier Inns all over the country with work, however on this stay it was an overnight stay in readiness for the London To Brighton Bike Ride.
This Premier Inn is to the standard of most of the others I have stayed in.
It's in a good location for Tower Bridge, O2 etc and has easy access to restaurants & Cafes near by.
We chose to eat & drink in the hotel and it was very good.

But the one WOW factor about this hotel, is the staff.
They are friendly, helpful & go out of their way to help you with anything you need.
A special mention must go to Everton , who mans the front desk with professionalism , character & a joyful nature that puts you in a great mood after a long 4 hour drive!
The restaurant staff are also very friendly and good at looking after you.

Use this hotel if you are concentrating on seeing tower bridge and going to the O2.

Room Tip: Our room over looked the rear car park and was very quiet.
