Stayed at several hotels around the bayswater area ,.. this has shown to be one of the best.
Some of the rooms are small.. recomend to uppgrade your room. Breakfast OK but there could have been a litle more to choose from. The rooms are modern.

Room Tip: no 17 hade a good size and was very quiet

just stopped at this hotel and found it very comfortable, and great brekky this place can cost a lot or very reasonable price which is what we got.the room was small but had good quality furnishing and over looked the side of the square and road ,it was'nt noisy we slept with window open.purfectly situated for hyde park and the royal albert hall .science museum all on foot then you can jump on the nearby tube for other things you need to see.when you go on the tube a day card can be purchased each day for 7 pounds and can be used on the local buses aswell.we bought river cruise hopper ticket for 11.99 could get on and off when we wanted and went as far a greenwhich and saw the millenium dome on the way ,this was from londondiscount.com ,went to see jersey boys at the prince edward theatre well worth a visit , fab time.

Room Tip: we had room 306 good small room with kingsize bed, overlooking square reasonable price too

Stayed at this hotel for one night in October 2012, the hotel is located a short walk from Bayswater tube station. The room was located on the basement level, the rooms were very small as was the bathroom and the shower was of poor quality. The hotel was however clean and tidy. Had breakfast on morning of departure, breakfast was average with a small selection of cereals and breads with some fruit, i wouldnt recommend breakfast unless it was being included in your deal.

•Location, restaurants, cafes, shopping mall with Odeon inside, close to 3 tube stations.
•Front desk employees and maintenance staff very helpful. They gave us any information we asked, they even offered a room upgrade for the last two nights when I simply commented our super small room's size. Mr. John the maintenance guy was very gentle every time we bothered him about something. First time was the shower, 2nd the heating and 3rd the door lock.

•Rooms sizes, standard double is a matchbox! For these prices should be at least bigger.
•Daily cleaning service 3 first days they just changed the towels and the toilet paper. No vacuuming, no linen change.
After our complaints and the room upgrade the situation was better.
The continental breakfast could do much better especially for the price we paid the room. Actually they could serve english breakfast at this price.
The wifi was pretty good, a bit slow at evenings.
We are visiting London almost every year for a decade, we already visited many hotels. I wouldn't go back to this one. I'm so sorry, but there is no value for money.

I was here for a week on a course nearby and stayed in a single room. Reception staff were very helpful- I couldn't get my TV to work and needed extra pillows and they did it immediately. The room was small, as you'd expect, but was clean and pleasant. The room was quiet- there was no A C but you could open the window. Breakfast was basic but ok and the hotel was 200£ cheaper than similar nearby. The hotel is convenient for lovely restaurants and shops, the only downside is the nearest Tube stop is 20 mins away.
