Firstly can’t quite believe this place is an attraction too listed in TA. I mean this is simply just any other place in London, the only highlight being the Sherlock Holmes museum and the Madame Tussauds wax museum. Apart from that this is just a plain normal just like any other street of London. The long queue outside the Sherlock museum was testimony to the fact that how much popular a fictional character can be that people from all over the world come down to see the museum of a fictional character. Amazing!!

Lovely waitress, so accommodating- she let us move tables twice. We had 30 minutes for lunch which we had ample time for. We both had super green soup (delicious) and under 200 calories- but didn’t taste like it!! The ricotta and spinach Arancini which were fabulous with the spicy tomato dip and the spicy pre starter broad beans and chick pea mix. These were great dishes and we left on time and happy.

The one with Sherlock Holmes and the one form Jerry Rafferty. The major street is lively and full of people. Worth a visit for the vibe.

Legendary street, because the characters of the novel and stories of Arthur Conan Doyle; Sherlock Holmes an Watson lived under the now non-existent number 221B. This address led to their meeting and acquaintance, which was described in the novel. The Sherlock Holmes Museum, bearing the address is in fact between the numbers 237 and 241 Baker Street.
