There's a little outdoor stand next to a kiosk in chinatown, i bought egg crepes and bubble tea there, it was really good! the bubble tea in honeydew was good, whereas tha mango one a little less... and better take it cold, the hot one was quite weird indeed.

The egg crepe there contains a lot of chilli, fortunately i'm used to spicy food but if you're a foreigner and you don't know you might be surprised

I made nice gustative discoveries there

been here on the last day of the year, 31/12/12
It was a bit crowded and exciting, colorful and I love the light of hanging lanterns. I did not have a chance to try the food there but surely I will be back :)

We had a look round china town whilst in London I can say it was very interesting and has loads of restaurant's some at good prices and value for money some where over the price but it was a interesting experience and irs a tourist thing you must do when going to London but I recommend to go there when your hungry as there is a lot of choice of restaurant's there plus there is a irish bar there in the middle of china town very interesting. Great place to visit for photo taking.

Chinatown is a classic slice of London and don't listen to the rubbish about it being just a tourist trap it has a huge real Asian community and you can get stuff from all the world there Japanese toys and sweets as well as authentic Taiwanese and Chinese restaurants and more English style Chinese restaurants from cheap to expensive as well as cool street sellers selling everything from Chinese knick knacks to Malaysian pancakes

We felt the area named Chinatown was a tourist trap rather than a real area. Seemed to be full of lacklustre looking restaurants and shops. Boring.
