“Small rooms... almost impossible to have shower!”
Reviewed June 22, 2014

I booked this hotel just because I didn't find any other option at the very last minute. The hotel staff is very friendly, but this is not enough for a good stay. Rooms are very very small and the bathroom is clean but almost impossible to have a shower! The shower box is so small that you must keep open curtain; result is a lake in the bathroom. Very unconfortable... I'm sure you can find something better if you book fairly in advance.

Room was small, but knew that from the reviews. Shower was really tiny and shower curtain stuck to you - or create a wet room. Breakfast was OK - but we did have to share with Bob the builders on the Saturday morning - with no curb on their language. The lift was a treat; except for the morons on some floors that didn't close the door. The pub next door was a good feature. Great location but overall a bit tired. No air-con except the open window.

Room Tip: Perhaps facing the garden - as you could open the window and not be too noisy

Great value for money. Great location - breakfast - efficient service, Location is very good, we stayed in two others in this area around Argyle St, and found this one compared favourably and it good to be able to open the windows.
Room and shower are very small, but clean and tidy, for a short stay, where the location and breakfast have to be key priorities, along with the basics such as cleanliness and good service of course, I would certainly go back.

The hotel is very very small and you can hear everyone's conversations in the next room.
The breakfast was lower than average.
There was no room to even wash yourself in the shower and the shower curtain stuck to you.
You also have to hand your key in everytime you go out and knock on the hotel entrance door to be let in.

The rooms is true that are small, but if you are in London for visiting, you spent only the night in there, so just for sleeping is good (english breakfast included)
It's located 5 minutes away of Euston or King's Cross Underground.

Thin walls which mean you can hear everything in the next room, creaky bathroom door spring, tiny shower with curtain that sticks to your legs, hard bed.. Really uncomfortable nights sleep.

Welcoming staff and nice breakfast lounge, close to euston station, just a shame about the room.

This is a cheap-ish hotel located near major train stations, so that may be why you would like to stay there. Otherwise the hotel itself will not be able to attract customers, as it offers the typical UK standard: low quality.
