“Fantastic hotel and staff”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 14, 2013

I stayed here for 3 nights in order to take part in The Moonwalk, and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay.We were in a family room so had a double bed each, which also meant that the room was a lot larger than the average for central London. The bathroom was also a good size with a full bath, oh so important when trying to recover from an overnight marathon!

We had the meal deal on Friday night/Saturday morning and again on Sunday night/Monday morning, excellent value for money and the restaurant has some of the nicest staff I've come across in a hotel. Aniko (the restaurant manager?) deserves a particular mention for remembering us, sympathising with our limping and arranging for us to have our desserts in the bar area on Sunday night when the noise from a large group of Italian tourists became unbearable!

The only tiny gripe I have is that we had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door on both Saturday (due to illness) and Sunday (due to exhaustion), but on both days were woken up by a member of housekeeping trying to come in to the room to service it. When I tried to explain that we didn't need anything, she apologised for not speaking English and had to go and get another member of staff. However, this truly was a tiny grumble, and could probably have been avoided had we used the 'Don't Make Up My Room' side instead. Otherwise a great hotel in a fantastic location full of smiley, lovely staff

Room Tip: Family rooms are larger than normal, and rooms at the front of the hotel are lovely and quiet

We have stayed in several Premier Inns and find some are better than others. This is one of the better ones!
Staff were friendly and helpful both on check-in and quickly attended to a problem we had with the heating in our room. The room was very cold because the heating had broken but we were supplied with two portable heaters within 5 minutes.
The bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent. There was unlimited choice and the cooked breakfast was good quality and piping hot,
Valet parking was convenient and reasonably priced for London. The valet failed to return our car on time on departure resulting in a 45 minute wait.

Last night I stayed at this Premier Inn and was very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful and always have a smile on their face.I would highly recommend the breakfast, it is an all you can eat buffet for £8.95 and the food is really good. The hotel is next door to the London Aquarium and the Eye, and a short walk to theatreland and is close to other well known London attractions. I will definitely be staying here again, it is excellent value for money and so clean!!!!!!!!!! Give it a try and you wont be disappointed.

>We stayed at the Premier Inn County Hall for 2 nights in april. The location was excellent: bus stops & tube nearby, nice for our son to see Big Ben every morning (he knows it from Cars2). The family rooms are very spacious, clean and have a bathroom with a bath! Maybe a small fridge could make it even better (our son drinks milk before he goes to bed, there was no way to keep it refrigerated)? The staff is really, really friendly. Breakfast is super! We will return next year!

Stayed at this Premier Inn for two nights on our trip to the UK. Perfect location. So many attractions are an easy walk. Like all Premier Inns, it was very quiet and adequate. My only complaint is the ridiculous Internet policy. Every other hotel we stayed in had free Internet. Premier hotels give you 30 minutes free per day.

Well appointed, well maintained Premier Inn. Next to London Eye, close to mainline and tube stations and riverboat piers.
Westminster and Big Ben a short walk, as is Buckingham Palace.
Lots of eateries close by, but on site restaurant is good, if a little limited in the menu choice.
Despite its central location we heard no noise from outside, and similarly, despite the age of the property, there were no issues with ill fitting windows etc.
And finally, the staff. All were excellent, but particularly the bar and resturant staff, who were efficient, friendly and good humoured.
I suppose you could say it was a bit expensive, but you are in central London
Well certainly be back
