This hotel is 30 minutes by tube from Heathrow Airport and then under 10 minutes walk from Hammersmith tube station. The hotel is clean, the bed comfortable and the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was basic continental. Light sleepers might have a problem if their room is on the front. One of the largest European shopping malls "Westfields" is only a 10 minute walk away at Shepherds Bush. Will stay there again when I return to London in 2 months time.

A basic hotel about ten minute walk from Olympia conference centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in reasonably priced accommodation. Free wifi was a bit iffy but this seems to be the norm in London. Light sleepers would have big problems though as it's situated directly on a very busy road. However, this was a very good base for the conference and very close to the main tube lines.

On check in we were met by a guy in jeans, trainers and a leather jacket, which was a little off-putting since we weren't 100% sure he worked there, but he was friendly and got us sorted in no time. The room was small but good for the price, with plenty of storage, although it did smell strongly of damp. The room and en-suite were clean, however there was no hand towel provided meaning you had to wipe your mouth of toothpaste with your bath towel (or toilet paper) before using it, which wasn't ideal. Card swipe meant easy and secure access to the hotel and room. Good cold and hot breakfast options too. Only a 10 minute walk from the Hammersmith tube with good cafe's, restaurants and bars nearby. Would stay again.

Very good experience at this hotel. Rooms are very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. The hotel is close to Hammersmith underground, waht is nice is that from Heathrow airport you do not need to change tube. It´s like 10/11 stations from the airport.

I booked this hotel for a short family break. On arrival, the location was good. We had the family roof, which was up on the top floor. This wasn't a problem for me and the family, but no lifts may make it a problem for others. The room was a little cozy, but comfortable and clean.
The breakfast was good and plentyful and the hotel was good and close to the sights of London.
The room was noisy as it was facing the main road.
The staff were very helpful and kept our case for us safe untill we were able to collect it on the day of our departure.
We would stay here again.

Stayed here as wanted to take the kids for a sight seeing London trip and needed somewhere with good links into town etc. Got a great room rate for 6 of us (4 kids) with breakfast included. Found hotel easily, is 10 mins from Hammersmith tube. Pleasantly surprised by hotel, very clean and comfortable. Our room was clean and roomy and there is free Wifi. There was also a fridge in our room which was useful. The only thing perhaps we could have done with was a lamp so that we could turn off the overhead lighting to settle the kids and watch a bit of tv. Not too much of a problem tho as kids all over excited and not settling! Saw the other review complained about lack of towels and noise. We had plenty of towels and yes, it is noisy. It is on Shepherds Bush road and therefore slap bang next to London traffic. We didn't really expect it not to be noisy. It is London, after all. Hotel was perfect for our requirements and would def consider staying there again. Staff very friendly and helpful and let us store our bags all day when we checked out. Breakfast was toast and eggs and was fine and served quickly.
