We stayed for 3 nights for a London after Christmas break in a family ensuite 4 bedded room. In the past we have been on quite high floors - this time only on floor 1 which had noisy outside noise - but actually no noise from inside the hostel. In the past we had had a table and chairs - this time only 1 chair!? However, good shower, toilet etc in the room and actually great value for such a central location for a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Because of the good value we would book again. We didn't have breakfast this time - as this also become quite expensive with 4 people every day. Instead we walked the 5 minutes to the great Waitrose in the Brunswick Centre to buy pain au chocolats(59p each!) and fresh orange juice with an espresso from the British Library outdoor cafe. Lockers very good value - we used on arrival and departure and fitted all 4 small bags into one £2 locker.

Room Tip: Ask for one in a high up floor not facing Euston Road.

Cheap and decent hostel but very basic. You end up having to pay for any extras. WiFi (which you can't even use in your room!) - 5pounds a day. They don't rent padlocks. There's no free breakfast, no tea or coffee. But the worst is the fact that there's no kitchen for the guests.

Bathrooms are ok, so are bedrooms, but the noise from the street is too big. The windows don't block sound at all.

Very well organised hostel: clean sheets, stable beds, decent bar and friendly people (except for the two Polish ladies at the reception)
The food is of good quality although you can find better restaurants in the neighbourhood.
The bathrooms could be a tiny bit more clean.
Overall a good experience

Plenty of space for luggage and individual lights for bunks were great, but the breakfast wasn't free, the service at reception wasn't great, and it was bad for me because I was travelling with boys so had to stay alone in a dorm room with the worlds worst shower. It was definitely comfortable enough though, the beds are good and they included a towel. The breakfast was substantial too.

Very central, handy for British libraryEurostar, Kings Cross and Euston stations. Its a little pricey for a hostel,as breakfast isn't included but considering where it is,and the lovely bar and restaurant. Its great. The people running it were really nice, and the dorms (female) were comfortable and clean with en suite facilities.
