We ate dinner here on a cold March night. The small but cosy restaurant is tucked inside Spitalfields Market. The staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. The food we ate was delicious, fresh and hearty.

I shared a cheese board with a friend on a treat day out. The cheeses were amazing! We were a little undecided, but the waiter was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend and describe the cheeses we were interested in. The restaurant is small and feels intimate despite facing straight onto the cheese shop through large windows. This is a really charming place to share some delicious cheese, and a great way to try different cheeses. Can't wait to visit here again!

Had a wonderful meal on a Sunday night as Spitafield market was closing down. As a starter ordered a charcuterie sampler that was amazing . For our main courses we had the tartiflette, just all cheesy goodness, and the burger which came with super delicious thick fries. The service was very good and it was overall a great experience.

Keep in mind the place is tiny as it's divided into a cheese shop and the actual restaurant, so reservations are a must. We tried going back a few times as we walked the market, but without a reservation it was pretty impossible. However, they have a small takeaway menu to save the say. I highly recommend the racalette (SP?).

loving cheese as i do i can't quite believe i've never gotten round to having fondue. well, my wait is over, and i'm so glad we found this place! we were out on a huge shopping trip, and had only heard about this place the night before from a friend over dinner. we sat outside, which was just about ok temperature wise, and enjoyed the special fondue for two. really, really good- just a hint of blue in it to lift it. yum. very good service, nice wine and decent dunkable bits- my only criticism being that perhaps the addition of proper pickles (like caper berries or somesuch) would have added an extra dimension to the meal.
overall great- filling, different and very tasty. would recommend highly, and will definitely return.

I love this place. It's tiny inside but has real ambience, the food is excellent and reasonably priced and the staff are attentive and charming. What more can you ask for? I've been a number of times and my recommendations are the cheese and charcuterie boards, the French onion soup, the baked camembert and the burger.
