“Absolutely delicious, stunning flavours & great fun”
Reviewed April 16, 2013

we ate at NOPI for the first time tonight. As there were 7 of us we couldn't get a table upstairs but booked 7 places at one of the large shared tables downstairs. We sat in front of the open kitchen and the helpful waiter suggested we order a mixture of starters - he actually bought us one of each plus some extras and then a selection of desserts, and we all tucked in and tried everything. Absolutely delicious with such fantastic flavours and combinations. Not cheap at £40 a head including coffees and soft drinks but worth it for the experience.

“still delicious”
Reviewed April 12, 2013

Our third visit - got a midweek lunch table without booking - and preferred the downstairs communal table as the view of the chefs at work is fascinating and the room much less echoey and noisy than upstairs. Even the presence of a party of 16 did not spoil the experience. Loved the non-alcoholic cocktails! Delicious food and good value.

“A memorable experience”
Reviewed March 3, 2013 via mobile

I reserved one of the tables downstairs for 13 guests and we found ourselves in the heart of a thriving kitchen! It's a fantastic experience, sharing dishes from a pre-chosen set menu; delivered at a good pace and accompanied by some great tasting wines and beers. The wine list is expensive, but unlike another review on here, our server was knowledgable and really helped us to choose a wine we'd like. The flavours are classic Yotam and you'll not be disappointed. Even watching the kitchen going about creating culinary delights was mesmerising; no shouting and yelling - all calm and working like a perfectly organised team. Don't expect your bill to be cheap, but do expect to be "wow-d" and go away with some amazing memories.

“Big party meal”
Reviewed March 3, 2013 via mobile

Went for a meal with a large group of friends last night and the food was brilliant. They served a variety of small plate meals, which you shared with your neighbour. It allowed you to experience a large range of amazing tastes and textures.highly recommended. The service was very attentive with the meal well paced. Two of the party were celebrating birthdays and the restaurant provided each with an individual sweet which had a lit candle and Happy Birthday inscribed on the plate (a nice touch which was unexpected). Be aware that wines are very expensive here and the coffee distinctly unmemorable.
