Good access from London City Airport and fairly close to tube stations.
Our bed and room are comfortable. Good staff service. Quiet area during the weekend.
We could enjoy staying in London very much.

Room quality could be improved.
Should provide a small refrigerator, not a 'computerised mini bar that generated high levels of heat.
Stain on curtain. Cleaning products have sickly smell.
Impressed by only one junior staff member who assisted me on departure. Thankyou to that young man.

Nice large, clean room. Good location for those working The City. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Check in took far too long. No line but I still had to wait over 10 minutes. When I returned to my room after work on the second day my room key didn't work. It took over 15 minutes to resolve including me having to email them my reservation which they appeared to have lost! Very strange. Also they have a locked minibar. In order to use it, I had to go downstairs to present a credit card. Why this wasn't explained at check in is a mystery to me. I decided not to use the minibar.

We stayed as a family for an overnight trip to London. The hotel had two double beds, which was great for a family of four. We used the pool and gym, and was great. Dinner and Breakfast was good. Room was spacious with bath and shower.

Room tip: Floor 12 to 14 has a great view of London
