The Grange Hotels offered a nice discount deal for the Easter weekend. I wanted to go some where on Easter to relax with a pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi - Grange Tower Bridge had all of these. I only live a few miles from the hotel, and since they were offering a good price for the rooms with all the amenities I required - I decided to stay local (saved on travel).
The staff were friendly, and helpful. The room had everything you could need - tea/coffee service, bath, and separate power shower (which was amazing!), make up mirror, couch, chairs with reading light, flat screen TV (with You Tube, Facebook, Twitter...), extra pillows, they supply a daily Independent magazine, a king size bed (if requested). The only complaint I have is the king size bed is actually 2 singles latched together - which is fine, lots of room, but they have to put a foam topper on it to smooth it out (which is even more comfy), but the sheets don't fit properly - there is just a sheet laid on top of the mattress pad, and topper... No biggie, but it doesn't stay put, so they really should get proper fitting King/CA King sized sheets, and use a top sheet under the duvet, and put a blanket in the room (as an option).
Other then me being picky with sheets - it was a great night's stay!
They pool & gym area are great! It did get kinda busy late afternoon, but that's when everyone will want to use the facilities - after a day out (5/6pm), and before going to dinner. We went again in the morning before check out & there was only one other couple.
The breakfast was included in the price of the room, and it was decent, served buffet style. I personally probably wouldn't want to pay the £20 for it.
Overall the hotel is not an actual 5 star hotel, but a close enough 4 star - it's clean, modern, friendly staff, great amenities, close to loads of fun stuff to do in London, and I will be going again, and can recommend it to you.

Room Tip: I stayed on the 10th floor, obviously all of the views are different from various parts of the build...

Stayed for 2 nights over Easter and thought this hotel was excellent. Room was on the 11th floor. Excellent! As others have said, a room on a high floor is a great advantage as the views across towards Tower Bridge are splendid. However, everyone wants a high floor room, so phone and speak to reservations before you arrive and personally "plead" for a high room is our tip.

As it is a fairly new hotel everything is in excellent condition, the staff are superbly helpful, the location is fine, but close to the City area rather than the shops of Oxford street etc. However the Tower of London is a two minute walk away if you are in London as a tourist!

Room Tip: Try to arrange high floor room BEFORE you arrive.

We visited on vacation as part of a package, and couldn't have been more pleased with our accomodations. Service was impeccable; the room was immaculate and very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and our dinner was truly delicious. A very good location, as you are minutes' walk to the Tower of London and tube station. They went out of their way to make our stay in London memorable. We would definitely stay again.

Under ten minutes' walk from Tower Hill tube station and the Tower of London. Very helpful and welcoming porters and reception team. Nice and spacious room with good facilities plus an exceptional shower.
My three-night stay (room only) was booked as a secret hotel deal via last minute.com, very happy with the price. Had dinner twice at the hotel's restaurant; first night went for the Valentine's package which was good value in terms of both quality and quantity - didn't even have room for breakfast on the following day; personally prefer the a la carte menu on the second night. Tried room service once (lunch), reasonably priced and delicious, just slightly cold when food was delivered. Had the full english breakgast once which was average. The restaurant team was very friendly - I almost mixed them up with the security team positioned just outside the resrautant and they looked very serious.
Had a quick look of the gym/pool, seems really good.
Just one thing - if you are staying over the weekends and relying on the tube services, try to check the transport updates prior to your booking/stay.

Room Tip: My room was on a higher floor which was good.

The hotel is clean and efficiently operated. The modern decor is functional but shows some furniture wear after only two year. There is adequate staff and they are helpful and and courteous. We were here on a package deal so had not selected the hotel but were very happy with it. The location is a short walk from the Tower of London, The Tower Bridge and the tower Hill underground station as well as the Thames and boat transportation. The Restaurant was very good and again the staff was attentive and efficient. Norbert was a superb concierge and most helpful as were all the staff.

We were really impressed with the staff and standard of service. We stayed for three nights. The room on the 10 floor had great views and the room was so quiet, almost soundproofed. The bed was really comfortable and the room had all the facilites you could wish for. Easy access to the tube. Spa spotlessly clean and well run. Cannot comment about food as we dined out. We will definitely book in again when we are next in London.

i felt like this was a great 4 star rather than a good 5 star. Gym and pool were lovely, room was nice but i wonder how nice it will be after a few years. I got a great rate of 100 on hotwire but would not have felt like i had value for money if it was say 150.Shower was great, the bed was very comfortable and room facilities as they should be. Free wi fi was great.
