“PERFECT and what i expected!”

amazing guidance and fun with Paul, the leader. He definitely makes you feel safe and prepared for what your in for (did the 13 mile coast toast cliffside hike), and it was beautiful, fun, social, and exactly what i needed for a day out of the london smog.

“A bit of a fairy tale walk”
Reviewed March 6, 2012

We managed to catch the weather just right, had it been pouring down my experience might not have been so idyllic, I was a bit worried that i wouldnt be able to cope not being particularly fit and being accompanied by heavily pregnant dog, but the rolling hills went down more than they went up and The journey from Amberly to Arundal was so picturesque and sumptuous, within moments we were away from traffic and there were enough breaks to catch ones breath, the speed of walking was more like a stroll which i appreciated , we were a small group - the maximum they take is 20 so its always an intimate adventure we ended up strolling about Arundal which is a quaint town and were treated to two free glasses of cider which was an unexpected bonus! Our host Paul was very informative but didnt talk so much that you aren't able to daydream, my dog and I loved it tremendously!

“Excellent fun and great people”
Reviewed March 4, 2012

I would like to thank Steph and Paul for a really excellent day. A couple of friends and i booked for the 'Bucks and Brewery' walk and it was just so much fun. We started out at Marylebone where we all met and were escorted on the train by the lovely Steph - who is super organised! Paul then met us at the connecting train station and then we started the walk.

The walk was fairly gentle and we got to see Chequers (spotted a helicopter which might have been the PM). We then mounted the Chitern hills and made it to the look out point where we had lunch. Once we finished lunch we started the decent to the brewery, one of the hills was fairly steep and 'some' of us starting rolling down it - hilarious!

The brewery was lovely and our guide Viv was the most welcoming person. As part of the tour we got a cheeky half to start and then got some nibbles (cheese and bread and beautiful chutney) with some beer/ale to go with it.

I had wonderful day - thanks partly to the weather! Steph and Paul were excellent and knowledgable and we laughed all day.

I can't wait to book my next trip!

“Amazing day out of london”
Reviewed February 28, 2012

What a great idea, train down to the countryside, very professional, lots of knowledge of the area and great company.
Well organised and helpful.
Went on a trek across Arundel and finished in a pub tasting ales, couldn't think of a better Sunday!
Perfect trip to meet other like minded people.
Stopped on a lovely hill with great view to have our packed lunches and take some photos then along rivers and forests, with other stops along the way to have a quick snack and sip of water and to chat about the area we are in.
Would highly recommend this company, they do other tours around the uk, if your visiting London for a few days this is a great way to see the countryside you probably never have known was there.

“Amazing Day Out!”
Reviewed February 27, 2012

I really loved my day out with UK Wild Adventures, it was perfect in every way, from the collection at Victoria Station to the atmosphere on the hike and right down to the beer tasting at the end of the day. I want to thank Paul for making what could have been a typical Sunday in London into a fantastic, beautiful day out on the South Downs. Well worth it.
