Description: At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Located right in the centre of London’s biggest concert and events venue, our O2 restaurant is an ideal meeting place for pre-concert meals. We visited here with a large group of diners. We didn't eat, we ordered drinks. 3 Sprites and 2 beers. It cost us £28.60p. Absolutely disgusting. And the service was terrible too. Never felt robbed when I have walked out of anywhere before, but I did here. Never will frequent a Zizzi's again.

“Awful service, awful food.”
Reviewed March 14, 2012

Myself and 2 friends visitied Zizzis last night for my birthday. Firstly it took at least 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us and came over to seat us. No apologies for the wait.

We ordered some white wine, and this was warm. The waitress did offer to change it but she had already poured it so we said some ice would be ok.

Following this the food arrived, we ordered pizza which wah hard and almost impossible to cut. The taste was also very poor, actually one of the worst pizzas i have ever had. Half way through the mains the waitress bought a side salad which we ordered but she forgot about.

When the waitress asked us if we enjoyed the meal after we had finished we said no, but she laughed, didnt even ask why. We then wanted to give feedback and thought this was what a large chain would want but she was not interested in our feedback.

She offered us £8 off the bill, this was a half hearted gesture of good will which felt like they just wanted to get rid of us. The manager came over to bring the bill and was very miserable with no apology for the bad food or service we received.

All in all very bad, i would not go back to Zizzis.

“Good meal, good value”
Reviewed February 25, 2012

It's a chain so you know what you're getting with these, but all the same it's an excellent standard of food that comes in generous portions for the price - you certainly wouldn't leave hungry.

Only gripe would be £4 for a 330ml bottle of beer, but I suppose that isn't so unusual really in these places. Not the best view either I guess (out into a shopping mall), but the best has been made of that disadvantage with wooden decor etc.

To be recommended anyway, and also the O2 whole centre is convenient for West Hampstead of Finchley Road rail/tube stations

“Always good food and smiling staff!”
Reviewed January 15, 2012

Finchley Road is full of all the usual chain restaurants - Nando's, Pizza Express etc. I do find these quite boring and inconsistent after a while. Finchley Road is a good stop off on the tube when on the way to Central London. Zizzi's never fails to impress me whichever one I go to. Great value for really excellent and tasty food. The staff welcomed us in (even at 9.30pm on a busy Saturday evening). I think he was the manager but he was so helpful and couldn't do more to help. Food was awesome, prompt and could not have asked for more. It's great being able to go to a chain of restaurants that always deliver, in particular this restaurant had really friendly and efficient staff.
