“great food good deal”
Reviewed November 11, 2012

10/10 plenty of choice and great food. Well worth going on voucher codes or 02 priorty. Deals on these website are £10.00 for two course and you can pick almost anything from the menu.

“Nice Prezzo”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

I go to this Prezzo a lot, mainly to meet with the girls. Although they are a busy buzzy restaurant they do their best to accommodate you. Upstairs can be a bit manic and hot due to it being near the open kitchen - and who wants to smell like a pizza when they come out?! However, downstairs is less hectic and a little more relaxed. I like the sculptures/wine cellar and art in this branch too. It might sometimes be a bit hard to get a waiters'/waitress' attention downstairs but I prefer it down there anyway. Just also a reminder for them to switch on the wine cellar lighting for people downstairs. It looks good and gives more light in that area. This place gets busy before the theatre, then it goes quite quiet. The food is always good. Tables could be a bit bigger for more than 2 people but otherwise I'd recommend this Prezzo.

“Unwelcoming”
Reviewed October 30, 2012

Just returned from a office lunch for 12 people on a Tuesday. When we arrived the restaurant was empty but even so the waiter seemed to have difficulty organising a seating area together. We were eventually put in an area at the back of the restaurant on one table. Considering the restaurant was empty the waitress objected to me asking if we could order (because she was putting the salt and pepper pots out). She obviously did not appreciate that we only had 1 hour for lunch. The finale came when we handed over our pre-booked tastecards which were literally snatched off of us.

Food poor - no flavour, typical chain grub.
Atmosphere nil

Smiling staff - NONE EXISTENT

They could not wait to get rid of us

“Nice place for a bottle wine and a pizza”
Reviewed October 29, 2012

This place hit the spot for an inexpensive meal in an expensive town. We shared a nice pepperoni pizza with chili and a bottle of Nero d’Avola for a simple meal after having a really big and expensive lunch. The staff was friendly and I would eat here again.

“One of the best Prezzos we've found.”
Reviewed October 28, 2012

We took our niece and her friend here while they were over from France. The table was in a good spot in the middle of the busy restaurant. The service was quick and, like other Prezzos we've been in, they were quick to bring the first drinks while we looked at the menu. We ordered 2 meat sharing platters which the girls tucked into and really enjoyed. Three of us then had pasta and one had pizza. The food was piping hot and delicious. All the time we were there the Manager was attentive and making sure that we had everything we wanted. All of the staff were smiling and friendly. The restrooms were clean and smart and the whole place had an air of being a well run operation. I was very happy to leave a generous tip, in cash, for a really great 2 1/2 hours.
