The first thing I found was that parking on a Saturday was a nightmare the nearest parking is at thr homebase near earls court olympia so if you dont enjoy walking for 20 mins this is not the place for you to stay. When we were unpacking the car outside the hotel we needed some change for the meter so when I asked the man at reception if I could have some change he said they had none. This was even after offering to buy one of their overpriced coke a colas which were £2 each! After we had booked in we went up to our room on the 3rd floor in a lift that was the size of a dumb waiter. Upon opening our door to the room I found what can only be described as a shoe box room, comprising of bed with a 6" gap, that connected to the worlds smallest bathroom.which had a folding door that folded into the sidr of the toilet and a sink and shower.overall the room was clean but needed some attention to the decore and was not suitable for more than a nights stay.

Think about a tiny room and then add:
3 out of 5 staying dasys without hot water, staff that just don't care will giving you all bogus responses... (somebidy will come to fix it, tomorrow... it's fixed - just not...)
Rude manager "Cristina" (when she shows up) will find all excuses to do not assist you too, even walk away from you if you insist for any help...
Photos don't even close to the apartment reality.. all fake.
Everyday people screaming at the front desk by feeling mislead by the posted fotos.. try to sleep with that!..

this apartment is great if you don't need to be in it for long. desk is manned 24/7. but they have no info on London. extra for internet. city noise. no air, no available fans. HOT
it is close to everything.. the Tube, and food... we loved the area and the place was clean and kept clean. and you do have to pay up front. laundry service at a price.
this is a small, small place as in tiny. no regrets because of the convenience of the place.
is not hard to find, but the numbers on one side of the street do not coordinate with the other side. we gave up trying to find it, and asked for help.

First, the experience you have at this place greatly depends on your attitude. If you are expecting a 4star hotel you will be sorely disappointed. That said, it is also important to know that your experience is also greatly dependant on the room you get. When we first checked in we got a HORRIBLE room. Dirty smelly carpet, tiny moldy bathroom and a kitchenette that was nothing more than a closet with a small sink, microwave and cube size fridge with no pans, knives, cuttingboards or any visible way to actually prepare any food if you wanted to. When said fridge turned out to be broken we complained and got moved to a much nicer room. It appeared to have been newly renovated. New wood floors, new tiled bath with clean nice shower and a real kitchenette with larger fridge, two burners, and proper utensils/equipment to cook with. We spent 6 nights there comfortably. The staff was polite and responsive. On the up side, you couldn't ask for a more convenient location. Super close to Tube, grocery store, pubs, banks, etc.

They publish on their website and other websites like Cityzen Booking, Booking.com etc, these apartments have a luggage room, but they do not provide that service.
On the day of departure, we asked in reception about it as we had a late flight and wanted to walk around London, but the hotel did not allow us to leave our suitcases.

We had no option but walking around with our luggage or going to the airport 6 hours in advance... Very sad

We booked this 3 months earlier. We asked 10 times by email for details of the room, no answer was given, no phone was answered. We should've known..

We arrived, we were asked to pay in advance (big mistake). There was no chance to see the room prior to paying.

We're asked to pay 60GP for 5 days of internet (expensive than any 5 stars hotel), when Wifi public is 18GP. Ridiculous maybe, dishonest for sure.

Rooms. So horrible and tiny. The first room, on the corner, simply we couldn't fit our bags (literally there was no room), so we asked for a change. They gave as one, that was 20 cm mores (I meassured both rooms).

Bathroom. It has dirt all around, wc was with rest of previous guy. Shower with fungus. We had to to go a near MC Donald to get a better bathrooom (again, literally). The door was broken. I've you're traveling as a couple, be prepared for a shared number 2.

Sheets and pillows weren't washed. Windows full of dirt, no curtains, bugs around the room.

The worst place (this cannot be called a hotel or guest room, or hostel, it's an insult to any of those categories) I'd been in my life.

Even we payed in advance and there was no return, we left the place and went to another hotel. That is how disgusted we were.

Avoid it at all costs

Room Tip: Don't choose any, just check the next one. If you have to, ask to see the room prior payment.
