These services flats look like they were furnished in the 1940s. We had a king-sized bed, but in three changes they never provided sheets that actually covered the bed; too-short flat sheets were always pulling out during the night exposing the bare mattresses. To provide ventilation in the bathroom door they had drilled several large holes. Wireless internet was not free. But the location was convenient and the price reasonable.

Room Tip: If you have heavy luggage ask for a ground level unit. We struggled up the narrow stairs.

Very nice hotel. Very dedicated staff, 24hs reception, lift, clean rooms, comfortable, quiet, usefull and charming. It has a safe, coffee machine, hair dryer, comfortable bed, good shower, clean linen and towels. Beakfast is nice and served in a pleasant room until 9:30. The location is beautilful in a tipical englsh neighborhood, three blocks form the tube station. Fair price and good service. Congratullations to everyone form Langorf. The work hard and make a good job. I highly recommend!

our room was nice clean but bath side needed replacing. quiet and peaceful - staff helpful (gave us a good deal for parking £11.00 for as long as you want as long as you dont take it out otherwise you have to pay again so we used this for 2 days - bargain)
Also great breakfast - continental but lots of choice eat as much as u want!

Clean rooms, but need refurbishment. But we have problem with water - sometimes it was only hot water. We had to wait until the hot water will flow out. Staff said that this problem they have a long time. So why they can't decide this?
Good location - 5-10 minutes walking to Finchley Road station. There is a large shopping mall with Saintsburys. On Finchley Road we found very nice pub - Northern star.

The staff were welcoming and the hotel is on an agreeable suburban street which is close to the tube and lots of restaurants, a cinema and so on, but the decor is in severe need of an update, with ancient furniture, flaky sideboards and tired wallpaper really letting the side down. My room was clean and well equipped and the rear view of the little garden was fine and I would certainly stay there again if my usual Jury's Inn, Islington, hotel was booked up (which is why I stayed here this time), but good rather than great is my overall impression.

The hotel appears to be in a quiet backstreet off the Finchley Road. Our room was on the front and traffic uses the road until the early hours. Noise was a problem in the room. The hotel is close to Luton Airport and we were disturbed by other guests walking around their room above us in the early hours and also talking outside our bedroom.

The bedroom was clean and well equipped with nice bath soaps etc. The beds were comfortable. However, the bathroom was very old and shabby and really needed a facelift. The towels were clean but paper thin.

The best thing about the hotel was the service. The receptionist was helpful and welcoming and gave us fresh milk to drink with the tea we made in our bedroom.

I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't have any.

Room Tip: Might be best to request a quiet room on the top floor.
