British cuisine re-imagined! It's fresh, seasonal and unexpectedly simple with the taste being fragile and crisp. Love the simplicity of real, authentic meals.

The ingredients are fun, like pork skin (scratchings) with a taramasalata dipping sauce.
...everything is cooked to perfection, and the service is just WOW.
It's the perfect treat on a lazy Saturday. We went there for lunch, and enjoyed every minute.
This is a hidden gem, tucked away behind Leicester Square and China Town.
If you love 'Viajante' and the 'Corner Room' then is is your place!

Bit difficult to find, taxi driver said he could not go to door, hint the street with 1 Leicester Square at one end is the street to be on at the other end.
Bright restaurant and friendly young staff. Limited choice on the pre theatre menu. Optied for the fish soup which was fantastic. Mains were sausage which was good.

Really enjoyed sunday Lunch yesterday . Very pleasant setting , friendly and efficient staff . The menu is a set one of limited choice . But the starters , mains and desserts are all really excellent . We enjoyed the Dexter beef it was like a very good fillet ,whilst the devilled mussels had a real zing . looking at others enjoying the pork that too seemed excellent . My partner is not a desert person but despite the promise of sharing I saw nothing of her Salty caramel dessert . Mind you I had already scoffed my almond sponge pud , yum yum .The meal was excellent value and we washed it all down with very good Camden beer and a bottle of the house white which was a very nice full flavoured number .

My friend & I booked this restaurant for the Sunday lunch deal - 2 courses for £19.50 prior to our trip to the theatre to see The Commitments, which was great & well worth seeing. Anyway, the restaurant is small but tastefully decorated & you can see the chefs at work, which is always great. Our waiter was very friendly & attentive & the service was quick but we didn't feel rushed at all. When we arrived there were only a couple of tables occupied but they all started filling up from 1pm till it was full. The food itself was very tasty, I had the roast pork, which was a huge portion but sadly an issue with the ovens meant no crackling :-( My friend had the roast beef, which came medium rare, so if you like it more done than this, make sure you let them know. Both portions were very generous & more than enough to fill you up for the rest of the day. The wine selection was very varied with the least expensive red at £21.00, which was actually very good. I would recommend this for a pre-theatre meal for value for money & friendly, quick service.

The restaurant is small and would benefit from a better exposition (it is located on a backstreet just off Leicester Square) but offers british dishes of good quality.

The food presentation is simple, the combination of the ingredients well chosen and the staff very friendly. It might not be the most amazing place to eat in London but is perfectly suitable for a decent and casual lunch/diner without the show-off which usually goes with the most sought-after restaurants.
